@article{ author = {Ghazisaeedi, Majan and Mohammadzadeh, Niloofar and Akhlaghi, Maassoumeh and Zivdar, Mahi}, title = {Minimum data requirements to predict the need for total knee arthroplasty in osteoarthritis patients}, abstract ={Aim: Knee arthroplasty is one of the best treatments to reduce pain and improve quality of life in cases of osteoarthritis resistant to osteoarthritis, however since it is an offensive act and delayed arthroplasty may lead to unwanted side effects after surgery. Therefore, the correct and timely selection of the patient for knee arthroplasty is important so it is necessary to collect standard and integrated data necessary. The purpose of this research is to identify minimum data requirements for predicting knee arthroplasty in patients with osteoarthritis. Methods: This is a descriptive study conducted in 2017. Effective factors in knee arthroplasty prediction were identified Through library research and Internet search of keywords such as total knee arthroplasty, minimal data set, ... in valid databases such as PubMed, science direct, ... and the Google search engine Scholar. Sampling was done using Morgan table 32 faculty members of where rheumatology specialist at Tehran University of Medical Sciences were selected as sample. Validity of the questionnaire was assessed by Health Information Management Professors and its reliability was 82% Cronbach's alpha in SPSS 16 software. Results were analyzed using Excel software. Results: The results of the two-stage Delphi technique include: nonclinical data (age, body mass index) and clinical data (rest pain, activity pain, quality of life, the x-ray findings, knee instability, knee deformity, and limited mobility). These are the Minimum data necessary for predicting the need of knee arthroplasty in osteoarthritis patients.  Conclusion: The results of this study can be considered as the first step in the development of intelligent knee arthroplasty prediction systems. The stable development of a country is determined by its special abilities. This study aimed at mapping of the scientific production of type-1 Medical Science Universities in Iran and determining place of Babol University of Medical Science in Scopus during 2006-2015. Methods: This is a descriptive-survey study with Scientometric approach. Research population consisted of all documents and articles produced by 24 type-1 Iranian medical science universities that were affiliated by Iranian researchers and authors during 2006-2015 and indexed by Scopus database. SPSS 19 and Excel were used for data analysis. . Results: Findings show that these 24 type-1 medical science universities produced 23523 scientific articles. Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences is the highest-ranked university by producing 2538 scientific papers. Babol University of Medical Science ranked seventh by 1368 scientific papers. Scientific production of studied universities had 23% growth and most articles wrote in the field of occupational and environmental Health. The Journal of Mazandaran University of Medical Science published the most documents of these researchers affiliated in the 24 universities. Conclusion: According to results, it is needed that research managers in healthcare system assign dedicated funds for research activities in these universities in order to increasingly improve the quantity as well as the quality of their research activities.  }, Keywords = {Scientific Map, Medical Science University, Scopus Database, Scientometrics.}, volume = {3}, Number = {2}, pages = {8-17}, publisher = {Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences}, url = {http://jmis.hums.ac.ir/article-1-120-en.html}, eprint = {http://jmis.hums.ac.ir/article-1-120-en.pdf}, journal = {Journal of Modern Medical Information Sciences}, issn = {2476-6720}, eissn = {2383-3696}, year = {2017} } @article{ author = {khedri, maasume and ghazisaeedi, marjan and Sheikhtaheri, Abbas and zarei, jav}, title = {Relationship between socioeconomic status and burn patients survive using data mining}, abstract ={Aim: In all societies, burn is a health cause’s physiologic mental economic and health disorder both for the patient and its family challenge and more than any other trauma. Cases such as lifestyle, social, economic, and cultural levels of society can change the type of burns. Given that data mining is growing and new, it is also of great importance to medical data. Therefore, in this project, the intention is to collect data using actual data mining techniques and in view of the prevalence of burns in developing countries, a model for establishing a meaningful relationship between the economic and social status of individuals develop burns as a result of their treatment. Methods: The present study is analytic-descriptive based on retrospective nature. The population of the study consists of 553 patients all adult burn patients who were hospitalized in Ayatollah Taleghani hospital in Ahvaz for 3 years (1388-1390).data have been collected from check lists and questionnaire. The collected data were computed using spss22, IBM Modeler 14.2 and algorithm of C5.0, CHAID and CART. Results: The predicted model for the outcome of burn on patients conducted through selected algorithms in order of priority including factors of burn, occupation, capsule at home, place of incident, residential area, and rate of income, intent, gender and education. By comparing the accuracy of the algorithms, the highest accuracy is for the C & R algorithm (0.87), the most characteristic of the CHAID algorithm (0.98) and the most sensitivity was obtained for the C & R algorithm (0.50). Given the superiority of the C & R model, this model was recognized as the top model in terms of the accuracy and sensitivity of the models. Conclusion: Due to the average accuracy of suggested models, these models are both valid and attributable. One of the development indices in every field or profession is its scientific productions published in international journals. So, this study intends to investigate Iran’s Nursing articles from 2000 to 2016. Methods: This research has been conducted by scientometrics approach. Research population includes all Iranian articles in nursing area indexed in Web of Science from 2000 to 2016 indexed in Web of Science in terms of number, productive and influential authors, international co-authorship, and subject world cloud and so on. For data analysis, a combination of bibliometric software, including NetRaw, BibExel and Cities are applied. Results: Findings revealed that during 2000-2016, Iran’s nursing studies have a growing trend. Ahmadi F, with 44 articles and h-index of 12, is the most productive and influential scientist in Iran’s Nursing studies. Iranian Nursing authors have many collaborative articles with their counterparts in USA, Australia, and Sweden, respectively. Moreover, qualitative research is the major research methodology within nursing studies. “Anxiety”, “Children”, “Breast Cancer”, and “Cancer” are the most frequent keywords in Iranian nursing studies. The purpose of this study is comparing the drugs and medical consumables’ cost in global system over the insurance tariff. Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study the average cost of drugs and medical consumables of two university tertiary affiliated with gynecological hospitals of Tabriz university of medical science, were evaluated with global tariff; and reasons of different cost of drugs and medical consumables between two hospitals was reviewed. In this research we study 8 common gynecological surgeries for 320 patients in the first quarter of the year, and the related information is extracted from hospital information system (HIS). We used Spss software for statistical analysis. Results: The total cost of drugs and medical consumables in caesarean, Myomectomy, accouchement, Hysterectomy and abortion is significantly more than Global tariff, and in ectopic pregnancy the total cost is significantly lesser than the Global tariff for the cases (P-Value<0.05). In Cystectomy and curettage surgeries compared to Global tariff, there is no statistically significant difference (P-Value>005). By comparing the two hospitals, it can be investigated that, in caesarean, accouchement and Myomectomy surgeries the costs of "A" hospital is statistically significantly more than "B" hospital (P-Value<0.05); and in Hysterectomy, Cystectomy, abortion, ectopic pregnancy and curettage, there is no statistically significant difference between the two hospitals.
