fa ارزیابی کاربرمحور سامانه سیب به عنوان سیستم اطلاعات سطح اول مراقبت: مطالعه‌ای در مراکز بهداشتی استان هرمزگان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><strong>هدف:</strong> سیستم‌های اطلاعات سلامت در سطح مراقبت‌های اولیه به عنوان هسته اصلی نظام سلامت، نقش کلیدی در پایش سلامت جامعه و تأمین اطلاعات مورد نیاز سطوح بالاتر دارند. سامانه یکپارچه بهداشتی (سیب) به عنوان مهم‌ترین سیستم اطلاعاتی این سطح در ایران، نیازمند ارزیابی مستمر از دیدگاه کاربران است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی سامانه سیب از دیدگاه کاربران در مراکز بهداشتی استان هرمزگان انجام شد.<br> روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی به صورت مقطعی در سال ۱۴۰۱ انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل ۳۹۹ کاربر سامانه سیب در خانه‌ها و مراکز بهداشتی استان هرمزگان بود که ۱۹۶ نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته در چهار حوزه کاربرپسند بودن، سهولت یادگیری، مدیریت داده‌ها و حمایت‌های سازمانی جمع‌آوری شد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه با نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ (۰/۸۴) تأیید گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی در نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند.<br> نتایج: میانگین کلی رضایت کاربران از سامانه سیب ۳/۷۶ از ۵ بود که در سطح مطلوب قرار داشت. سهولت یادگیری با میانگین ۴/۰۵ بالاترین و حمایت‌های سازمانی با میانگین ۳/۵۵ پایین‌ترین میزان رضایت را داشتند. بین متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی با میانگین رضایت ارتباط معناداری یافت نشد، اما ساعات آموزشی دریافتی با رضایت کاربران ارتباط معنادار داشت (P=۰/۰۳۲).<br> نتیجه‌گیری: اگرچه رضایت کاربران از سامانه سیب در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارد، اما ضعف در حمایت‌های سازمانی می‌تواند بهره‌وری بالمنعمد آن را با چالش مواجه کند. طراحی دوره‌های آموزشی هدفمند، تقویت زیرساخت‌های فنی و مشارکت کاربران در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در ارتقای رضایت و موفقیت پایدار این سامانه ایفا کند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> As the core of health systems, primary healthcare information systems play a fundamental role in monitoring population health and providing essential data for higher levels of care. The Integrated Health System (SIB), recognized as Iran&rsquo;s most significant information system at this level, necessitates continuous evaluation from the users&rsquo; perspective. This study aimed to assess the SIB system from the viewpoint of users in health centers across Hormozgan province, Iran.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This cross‑sectional descriptive&ndash; analytical study was conducted in 2022 among users of the SIB system working in health houses and health centers in Hormozgan Province (n=399). Using multistage cluster sampling, several centers were randomly selected from different regions of the province, and users in the selected centers were recruited (n=196). Data were collected through a researcher‑developed questionnaire covering four domains: user‑friendliness, ease of learning, data management, and organizational support. Content validity was confirmed by experts, and reliability was established using Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha (0.84). Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics in SPSS.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The overall mean satisfaction score was 3.76 out of 5, indicating a favorable level. Ease of learning received the highest satisfaction score (4.05), while organizational support received the lowest (3.55). Statistically significant relationships were observed between demographic variables and satisfaction. However, the number of training hours received demonstrated a statistically significant positive correlation with user satisfaction (P=0.032).<br> <strong>Discussion:</strong> Although user satisfaction with the SIB system is generally favorable, weaknesses in organizational support may challenge its long-term efficiency.
