fa بازنمایی شبکه مفاهیم و روندهای پژوهشی در حوزه حقوق سلامت با روش‌های علم‌سنجی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">هدف: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">این مطالعه با بهره گیری از روشهای علم سنجی، به ترسیم و تحلیل شبکه های مفهومی و روندهای پژوهشی در حوزه حقوق سلامت در پایگاه</span> Web of Science <span lang="AR-SA">پرداخته است تا خوشه های موضوعی کلیدی، نویسندگان مؤثر و روندهای پژوهشی نوظهور را شناسایی و زمینه ارتقاء دانش حقوق سلامت را در سطح جهانی فراهم سازد</span>.</span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">رو شها</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">: این پژوهش توصیفی-کاربردی با رویکرد عل مسنجی انجام شده و داده های کتا بشناختی از سال 1990 تا 2024 از پایگاه</span> Web of Science <span lang="AR-SA">استخراج و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای</span> VOSviewer <span lang="AR-SA">و</span> Biblioshiny <span lang="AR-SA">تحلیل شد</span>. دادهها براساس کلیدواژه ها و معیارهای مشخص پالایش و تحلیل شبکه های دانش، ترسیم نقشه های هم رخدادی واژگان و تحلیل موضوعی صورت گرفت.</span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتایج: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">روند تولیدات علمی در حقوق سلامت از سال 1990 تاکنون رشد قابل توجه و پیوسته داشته و موضوعات اصلی شامل اخلاق زیستی، حقوق بیماران، سیاست های سلامت و حقوق سلامت عمومی است. همچنین موضوعات نوظهوری مانند حاکمیت دیجیتال سلامت و هوش مصنوعی در پژوهش های اخیر برجسته شد هاند. ایالات متحده، بریتانیا و استرالیا در رتبه های برتر تولید علمی قرار دارند و ایران سهم محدودی دارد. شبکه همکاری های بین المللی و چند رشته ای بودن پژوهشها افزایش یافته است</span>.</span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه گیری: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">حقوق سلامت در حال گذار به سوی مطالعات فناورانه و داده محور است و علم سنجی ابزاری مؤثر برای رصد این تحولات و حمایت از سیاست گذاری مبتنی بر شواهد در عصر سلامت دیجیتال محسوب می شود؛ که این مطالعات به بهبود حکمرانی سلامت عادلا نه و حفاظت ازحقوق بیماران در عصر تحول دیجیتال کمک خواهد کرد</span>.</span></span></span></span></span><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <p lang="en" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: This study, employing scientometric methods, aimed to map and analyse conceptual networks and research trends in the field of health law within the Web of Science database. The goal was to identify key thematic clusters, influential authors, and emerging research trends, thereby contributing to the advancement of global knowledge in health law.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This descriptive&ndash;applied research was conducted using a scientometric approach. Bibliographic data covering the period from 1990 to 2024 were extracted from the Web of Science database and analysed using the software tools VOSviewer and Biblioshiny. The data were refined based on specific keywords and criteria, followed by analyses of knowledge networks, co-occurrence mapping of terms, and thematic evaluation.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The scientific production in health law has shown considerable and continuous growth since 1990. The main research themes include bioethics, patients&rsquo; rights, health policy, and public health law. Emerging topics such as digital health governance and artificial intelligence have also gained prominence in recent studies. The United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia rank among the leading contributors, while Iran holds a limited share. Furthermore, international collaboration and the interdisciplinary nature of research in this field have notably increased.<br> <strong>Discussion</strong>: Health law is transitioning towards technology-oriented and data-driven research. Scientometric analysis serves as an effective tool for monitoring these developments and supporting evidence-based policymaking in the era of digital health.
