مقایسه سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات مراکز اورژانس بیمارستانهای آموزشی با بیمارستانهای غیر آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی هرمزگان

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em><b>مقدمه</b>: سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات اورژانس علاوه بر ارتقای کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده در بخش اورژانس، به برطرف نمودن الزامات قانونی، اعتبارسنجیهای مختلف، پژوهشها و تحقیقات گوناگون کمک میکند. در این مطالعه وضعیت سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات مراکز اورژانس بیمارستانهای آموزشی با بیمارستانهای غیرآموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی هرمزگان مورد مقایسه و بررسی قرار گرفته است.<br>
<b>روش ها</b>: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی به صورت مقطعی در سال 1392 انجام شده است. دادهها با استفاده از دو سیاهه واررسی محقق ساخته جمعآوری گردید، روایی ابزار بر اساس اعتبار محتوا تعیین شد. حجم نمونه مطابق با حجم جامعه شامل 4 بیمارستان آموزشی و 3 بیمارستان غیر آموزشی بود. همچنین برای مطالعه پروندههای اورژانسی از روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی استفاده شد و از 4656 پرونده، 749 پرونده انتخاب شد. دادهها در حد آمار توصیفی و به وسیله نرمافزار SPSS16 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند و برای بررسی اختلاف امتیاز کسب شده بیمارستانهای آموزشی و غیرآموزشی در ابعاد مختلف از آزمون T-student استفاده شد.<br>
<b>یافتهها</b>: هیچ کدام از سیستمهای بررسی شده از تحلیل کیفی برای ارتقای کیفیت دادههای جمعآوری شده استفاده نکردند، همچنین 43% مراکز اورژانس مورد مطالعه، هیچ اقدامی برای سازماندهی درون پروندهای انجام ندادهاند. فقط 5/14% مراکز اورژانس دادههای درون پروندهای را طبقهبندی میکردند. میانگین ثبت دادههای درمانی، اطلاعات مالی و هویتی تیم مراقبت درمانی در بیمارستانهای آموزشی بیشتر از بیمارستانهای غیرآموزشی بود (01/0P<).<br>
<b>نتیجهگیری</b>: نتایج نشاندهنده وضعیت مطلوب وبسایت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد در چهار بعد کاربردپذیری، کیفیت محتوا، تراکنش و امنیت و تعامل خدمات است. همچنین کاربران انتظار کیفیت بالاتری را از وبسایت دانشگاه داشتند.</em></p>

<p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Emergency information management system helps to improve the quality of the services rendered in emergency department, to meet the legal, requirements, accreditations, and research purposes. This study aimed to examine and compare teaching and non-teaching hospitals emergency centers' information management systems affiliated to Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences<span dir="RTL">.</span></p>
<p><strong>Methods:</strong> This descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted in 2013. Data were collected using two self-made check lists. Validity of instrument was determined based on content validity and sample size was calculated according to the size of the population, including 4 teaching and 3 non-teaching hospitals. 749 records out of 4656 ones were selected using a stratified random sampling method. Data analysis was performed through descriptive statistics using SPSS 16 Software. T-student test was used to examine differences between scores of teaching and non-teaching hospitals on various aspects.</p>
<p><strong>Results:</strong> None of the investigated systems used quality analysis to improve the quality of the collected data. It was found that 43% of investigated emergency centers had not taken any actions for data organizing in medical records. Only 14.5% of emergency centers had classified data contained in records. The mean score of registered medical, financial, and identification of the health care providers data of teaching hospitals was revealed to be<a name="_GoBack"></a> higher than non-teaching ones (P<0.01).</p>
<p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> In general, emergency centers' information management systems in teaching hospitals had better conditions than those of non-teaching hospitals. Given the major role of emergency information management systems, health managers and policy makers need to plan and set policies required for upgrading their information systems<span dir="RTL">.</span></p>
