fa طراحی مدل برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک برای بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>هدف </strong>نداشتن مدل مناسب برنامه‌ریزی ازجمله مهم‌ترین موانع بر سر راه برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک در بیمارستان‌ها می‌باشد. بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف طراحی مدل برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک برای بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش ها</strong> در این پژوهش کاربردی از روش‌های مروری، تطبیقی، کمی و کیفی استفاده شد. ابتدا مدل‌های مختلف برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک جمع‌آوری و مدل مفهومی پژوهش طراحی شد. سپس پرسش‌نامه تحقیق برحسب متغیرهای مختلف مدل‌ها طراحی و با نظرخواهی از خبرگان اعتبارسنجی شد. پرسش‌نامه توسط ۳۰ نفر از صاحب‌نظران تکمیل و نتایج با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه تحلیل و مدل به‌روش دلفی نهایی شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> نتایج مطالعه درزمینه مراحل مدل برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک نشان داد عوامل &laquo;تشکیل تیم برنامه‌ریزی(0&plusmn;5)&raquo;، &laquo;ایجاد فرهنگ و توان علمی برنامه‌ریزی در مدیران و کارکنان (0/34&plusmn;4/87)&raquo; و درزمینه مراحل اجرایی &laquo;برنامه عوامل ابلاغ و اجرای برنامه تأییدشده (0/34&plusmn;4/87)&raquo; و &laquo;پایش برنامه‌های تأییدشده و ارزیابی مستمر آن‌ها (34/0&plusmn;87/4)&raquo; و درزمینه ترکیب اصلی تیم برنامه‌ریزی عضویت &laquo;مدیر بیمارستان (0&plusmn;5)&raquo;، &laquo;یک نفر متخصص در برنامه‌ریزی (0/46&plusmn;4/87)&raquo; از دیدگاه خبرگان بیشترین میانگین نمرات را کسب کرده‌اند.&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> بهره‌گیری از مدل ارائه‌شده و انجام برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک براساس مراحل اجرایی آن توسط تیمی با اعضای پیشنهادشده می‌تواند مراحل تدوین و اجرای طرح‌ها را در بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بهبود بخشد. <strong>Objective </strong>Not having a suitable planning model is one of the most important barriers to strategic planning in hospitals of Iran. This study aims to design a strategic planning model for hospitals affiliated to Islamic Azad University in Iran.<br> <strong>Methods </strong>In this applied study, the review, comparative, quantitative and qualitative methods were used. First, different strategic planning models were collected and, based on them, a conceptual model was designed. Then, a researcher-made questionnaire was designed based on the different dimensions of the model and validated according to a panel of experts. The questionnaire was completed by 30 experts and the results were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance, and the model was finalized by applying the Delphi method.<br> <strong>Results </strong>Regarding the steps of strategic planning, the factors &ldquo;formation of planning team&rdquo; (5&plusmn;0), and &ldquo;creating the culture and scientific ability for planning in managers and employees&rdquo; (4.87&plusmn;0.34) obtained the highest scores. Regarding the implementation steps of the plan, the factors &ldquo;receiving and implementing the approved plan&rdquo; (4.87&plusmn;0.34) and &ldquo;monitoring of approved plans and their continuous evaluation&rdquo; (4.87&plusmn;0.34) had the highest scores.
