fa بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری ، مامایی و پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی هرمزگان در زمینه اجرای پزشکی از راه دور تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"></p> <div> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>پزشکی&rlm; از &rlm;راه &rlm;دور عبارت است از استفاده از فن&rlm;آوری اطلاعات جهت تبادل اطلاعات پزشکی و ارائه خدمات به&rlm; طوری&rlm;که میان بیمار و تیم پزشکی ارتباط برقرار گردد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری، مامایی و پیراپزشکی درباره اجرای پزشکی&rlm; از &rlm;راه &rlm;دور در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی هرمزگان است.</span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>روش ها:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی ـ مقطعی، 306 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری، مامایی و پیراپزشکی به روش نمونه&rlm;گیری تصادفی طبقه&rlm;ای در سال 1394 انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه به کار رفته دارای دو بخش بود. بخش اول اطلاعات دموگرافیک و بخش دوم میزان استفاده افراد از فن&rlm;آوری اطلاعات را در برمی&rlm;گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه توسط آلفا کرونباخ 80 درصد به دست آمد و روایی آن توسط صاحبنظران مورد تائید قرار گرفت. داده&rlm;های جمع&rlm;آوری شده در هر گروه به کمک آزمون&rlm;های آماری </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">T-test</span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">Anova</span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> برای متغیرهای کمی و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">Man-Whitney U-test</span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">&nbsp; و&nbsp; </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">Kruskal-Wallis</span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> برای متغیرهای رتبه&rlm;ای و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">Chi-squared test</span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> برای متغیرهای کیفی با نسخه 19 نرم&rlm;افزار آماری </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> تحلیل شد.</span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> ارتباط معناداری بین جنس و عوامل محیطی و ذی&rlm;نفعان، بین دانشکده و حیطه استفاده با سن و عوامل سازمانی، تکنولوژی، ذی&rlm;نفعان، سواد اطلاعاتی و محیطی وجود داشت.</span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> دانشجویان هر دو دانشکده به وجود چشم&rlm;انداز در حیطه سازمانی اهمیت بیشتری دادند و دسترسی به اینترنت پرسرعت، از عوامل تکنولوژی بیشترین کاربرد را داشته است.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> </div> <p><strong>Abstract:</strong></p> <p>Introduction: Tele medicine implies the use of information technology in communicating medical information and providing services in a linked communication between the patient and the medical team. The present research aimed to investigate students&rsquo; attitude towards telemedicine services in Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedicine faculties.</p> <p>Methods: In the present descriptive, cross-sectional research, 306 students affiliated with the Nursing, Midwifery and Para-medicine faculties of Hormozgan University of medical sciences were selected randomly through a stratified sampling method in 2015. A questionnaire comprised of two sections was used one including demographic information and the other investigating the extent to which technology was used in 5 domains. The first part of the questionnaire explored subjects&rsquo; demographic information while the second section looked into the extent to which the subjects used IT. Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha was used to test the reliability of the test which was estimated to be 80%. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. The data collected in each group were analyzed through parametric t-test, ANOVA as well as non-parametric Man-Whitney U-test and Kruskal-Wallis.
