fa بررسی انطباق الزامات ساختاری مجلات علوم پزشکی ایران با معیارهای مورد انتظار Pubmed Central تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> در چند سال اخیر مجلات علمی-پژوهشی علوم پزشکی از نظر تعداد، روند رو به رشدی داشته است. این مجلات برای نمایه شدن در نمایه‌نامه‌های بین‌المللی بایستی معیارها و استانداردهای لازم را رعایت کنند. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین میزان انطباق مجلات حوزه سلامت با معیارهای ساختاری گزینش مجلات توسط</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">PubMed Central </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">انجام شده است</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>روش ها:</strong> این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- کاربردی است. جامعه مورد پژوهش را کلیه مجلات علمی- پژوهشی مصوب وزارت بهداشت تشکیل دادند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها سیاهه کنترل مستخرج از سند معیارهای گزینش مجلات پایگاه</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> PubMed Central </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">بود. داده‌ها پس از گردآوری و ورود به نسخه 20 نرم‌افزار آماری</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> SPSS </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">و با روش‌های آمار توصیفی مورد تحلیل قرار‌گرفتند</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته‌ها نشان داد که از مجموع 252 مجله مورد بررسی، 98 عنوان مجله (9/38درصد) به زبان انگلیسی منتشر می‌شوند. 29عنوان مجله (5/11درصد) هیچ‌گونه فایل</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> XML </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">ندارند،‌ 157عنوان مجله (3/62درصد) از معیار ذکر شماره استاندارد بین‌المللی در فایل</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> XML</span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">، پیروی نموده و تنها 41 عنوان مجله (3/16درصد) در فایل</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> XML&nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">نام ناشر را ذکر نموده‌اند. به طور کلی میزان انطباق مجلات مورد بررسی، با معیارهای ساختاری</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> PubMed Central (7/65</span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">درصد) است</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> علیرغم اینکه میزان رعایت بیشتر معیارهای مورد انتظار</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> PubMed Central </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">در مجلات مصوب وزارت بهداشت در وضعیت رضایت‌بخشی قرار دارد، اما بیشتر این مجلات به دلیل انگلیسی زبان نبودن با مانع جدی در مسیر نمایه شدن در پایگاه اطلاعاتی</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> PubMed Central </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">مواجه هستند. با این حساب در حال حاضر تنها تعداد محدودی از مجلات، شانس نمایه شدن در این پایگاه را خواهند داشت</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong> <span dir="RTL">:</span>In recent years, there is a growing trend in Iranian medical journals in terms of numbers. In order to be able to be included in international indexing databases, these journals should comply with the required criteria of these databases. So, the aim of this study was to determine the adaptation of Iranian medical journals with the structural criteria of PubMed central journal selection standards<span dir="RTL">.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods:</strong> The current study is a descriptive- applied one. The statistical population was all of the medical journals approved by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education (n=252). The data collection tool was the check list of structural criteria extracted from document of Pub Med central journal selection criteria. The data analysis was performed using SPSS20 through descriptive statistics methods.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> The results revealed that 98 journals (% 38.5), are published in English. It was found that 29 journals (% 11.5) do not have any XML file. 157 Journals (%62.3) have complied with the International Standard Serial Number in XML file. Only 41 journals (%16.3) had mentioned the name of the publisher in the XML file. Overall compliance of the journals with the structural items of PubMed Central journal selection criteria was 65.7 percent.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Although, the Iranian medical journals compliance with most of the structural criteria of PubMed Central journal selection policy showed to be in a satisfactory condition, but the majority of journals are not published in English language, which is a serious obstacle in indexing in PubMed central.
