fa ارزیابی کاربردپذیری سیستم پذیرش، ترخیص و انتقال بیماران: یک رویکرد ترکیبی از روش شناختی و مبتنی بر کاربر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><strong>هدف:</strong> مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کاربردپذیری ماژول پذیرش، ترخیص و انتقال یک سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی با استفاده از رویکردهای مبتنی بر خبره و مبتنی بر کاربر انجام شد.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><strong>روش‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی در سال ۱۴۰۴ در دو بیمارستان آموزشی نیشابور انجام شد. کاربردپذیری سیستم با استفاده از روش شناختی توسط سه ارزیاب خبره در حوزه مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت بررسی شد. مشکلات شناسایی شده براساس شش حیطه کاربردپذیری طبقه‌بندی و شدت آن‌ها با استفاده از مقیاس شدت نیلسن تعیین شد. ارزیابی مبتنی بر کاربر با استفاده از پرسشنامه کاربردپذیری سیستم‌های کامپیوتری انجام شد. کل کاربران واجد شرایط مطالعه ۳۶ نفر بودند که همگی با استفاده از سرشماری در مطالعه وارد شدند. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند و نتایج با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی ارائه شدند.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><strong>نتایج:</strong> در ارزیابی شناختی، ۲۸ مشکل کاربردپذیری شناسایی شد که بیش از نیمی از آن‌ها دارای شدت عمده یا بحرانی بودند. بیشترین تعداد مشکلات (۷ مشکل) در حیطه کارآیی و اثربخشی مشاهده شد. شدیدترین و خفیف‌ترین مشکلات به ترتیب مربوط به حیطه خطا با میانگین ۳/۲۶ و حیطه رضایت کاربر با میانگین ۱/۴۷ بود. میانگین کاربردپذیری کلی سیستم از دیدگاه کاربران ۵/۰۶ از ۷ بود.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> روش‌های مبتنی بر خبره و مبتنی بر کاربر، جنبه‌های متفاوت و مکملی از کاربردپذیری را ارزیابی می‌کنند. استفاده همزمان از این دو رویکرد می‌تواند ارزیابی جامع‌تری از کاربردپذیری سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی ارائه داده و شواهد ارزشمندی برای بهبود طراحی و توسعه این سیستم‌ها فراهم کند.</span></span></span></p> <br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> This study aimed to evaluate the usability of the admission, discharge, and transfer module of a hospital information system using expert-based and user-based approaches.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2025 at two teaching hospitals in Neyshabur, Iran. The usability of the system was evaluated using the cognitive walkthrough method by three experts in the field of health information management. The identified problems were classified into six usability dimensions, and their severity was determined using the Nielsen severity scale. User-based evaluation was conducted using the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ). The total number of eligible users was 36, all of whom were enrolled in the study using a census method. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26, and the results were presented using descriptive and analytical statistics.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Results:</strong> The cognitive evaluation identified 28 usability problems, more than half of which were classified as major or critical in severity. The highest number of problems (7 problems) was identified in the efficiency and effectiveness dimension. The most severe and least severe problems were related to the error and user satisfaction dimensions, with mean severity scores of 3.26 and 1.47, respectively. The mean overall system usability score from the users&#39; perspective was 5.06 out of 7.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Discussion:</strong> Expert-based and user-based methods evaluate different and complementary aspects of usability.
