fa از ابزار تا هم تیمی بالینی: بازاندیشی نقش هوش مصنوعی در تیم درمان تخصصي Special نامه به سردبیر Letter to editor <span style="font-size:13pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">تمرکز یک سویه بر اینکه هوش مصنوعی چه کاری می تواند انجام دهد، کافی نیست؛ بلکه باید نقاط ضعف و قوت انسان و ماشین در کنار یکدیگر دیده شود تا یک سیستم مکمل ایجاد شود. آینده موفق هوش مصنوعی در هم تیمی شدن با پزشکان نه در جایگزینی آنها، بلکه در طراحی هوشمندانه تیم های انسان و هوش مصنوعی در چارچوبی اجتماعی-فنی و با مشارکت فعال تیم بالینی در طراحی، انتخاب شیوه تعامل مناسب، رعایت توضیح پذیری کاربردی و حفظ کنترل و مسئولیت نهایی پزشک است. با این رویکرد، امکان گذار از خودکارسازی ساده به هم افزایی واقعی فراهم می شود و توان تکمیلی پزشک و ماشین به ارتقای معنادار دقت، ایمنی و کارآمدی بالینی می انجامد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">A unilateral focus on AI&#39;s capabilities proves insufficient; rather, the strengths and weaknesses of humans and machines must be viewed holistically to forge a truly complementary system. The successful future of AI in clinician&ndash;AI teaming lies not in supplanting clinicians, but in intelligently designing human&ndash;AI teams within a socio-technical framework marked by active clinical team involvement in design, appropriate interaction modality selection, adherence to practical explainability, and preservation of ultimate clinician control and accountability.
