fa بررسی میزان آشنایی مردم شهر مشهد با پراکندگی خدمات تخصصی ارائه شده در اورژانس های سطح شهر عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><strong>هدف:</strong> با تخصصی شده ارائه خدمات، هیچ بیمارستانی قادر به پوشش همه خدمات اورژانسی نیست و انتخاب مقصد مناسب برای کاهش تأخیر و بهبود پیامدها حیاتی است. این مطالعه باهدف ارزیابی میزان آگاهی شهروندان مشهد از توزیع خدمات تخصصی اورژانس در بیمارستان های این شهر انجام شد</span>.</span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش‌ها:</span></b><span lang="FA">.مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی مبتنی بر وب از بهمن ۱۴۰۳ تا اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۴ روی بزرگسالان 70-18 سال ساکن مشهد انجام شد و نمونه‌ها به‌صورت غیر احتمالی از طریق تلگرام جذب شدند. حداقل حجم نمونه با فرمول برآورد یک نسبت (</span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span dir="LTR">single proportion</span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">) در مطالعه مقطعی&nbsp; (0٫5=</span><span dir="LTR">p</span><span lang="FA">، 0٫05=</span><span dir="LTR">d</span><span lang="FA">، فاصله اطمینان 95 درصد) ۳۸۴ نفر برآورد شد. ابزار محقق‌ساخته (16 سؤال چندانتخابی در </span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span dir="LTR">Google Forms</span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">) پس از بازبینی خبرگان و پیش‌آزمون (11 نفر) نهایی شد و پایایی آن مطلوب بود (0٫842=</span><span dir="LTR">&omega;</span><span lang="FA">،0٫763=</span><span dir="LTR">&alpha;</span><span lang="FA">). از 1217 پاسخ، 876 مورد وارد تحلیل شد و تحلیل‌ها با آزمون‌های ناپارامتری و رگرسیون چندمتغیره همراه با وزن‌دهی پسین در </span><span dir="LTR">Python 3.9</span><span lang="FA"> انجام شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتایج: </span></b><span lang="FA">میانگین شاخص آگاهی کلی ۰٫۵۵۳ (بدون وزن) و ۰٫۵۶۳ (وزن‌دار) با پایایی مناسب (0/763=</span><span dir="LTR">&alpha;</span><span lang="FA">، </span><span lang="FA">0٫842=</span><span dir="LTR">&omega;</span><span lang="FA">) به ‌دست آمد. زنان آگاهی بیشتری نسبت به مردان داشتند(0٫592 در مقابل 0٫534، 0٫001></span><span dir="LTR">p</span><span lang="FA">)</span><span dir="LTR">. </span><span lang="FA">تحصیلات رابطه معکوس با آگاهی داشت؛ افراد با مدرک دکترا کمترین آگاهی (۰٫۵۰۳) را نشان دادند. بالاترین آگاهی در خدمات گوش</span> <span lang="FA">‌حلق</span> <span lang="FA">‌بینی (۰٫۶۱۵) بود و پایین‌ترین در اعصاب اطفال (۰٫۴۲۱) مشاهده شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه گیری: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">آگاهی عمومی از توزیع خدمات تخصصی اورژانس پایین بود. این یافته، همراه با سردرگمی در شناسایی برخی خدمات، ضرورت توسعه پلتفرم های راهنمای دیجیتال، برند سازی هدفمند و یکپارچه سازی اطلاعات با سیستم اورژانس </span><span lang="FA">۱۱۵</span> <span lang="AR-SA">را نشان میدهد</span>.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> With increasing specialization of services, no hospital can cover all emergency services, and selecting the appropriate destination is critical for reducing delays and improving outcomes. This study aimed to assess public awareness of the distribution of specialized emergency services in hospitals of Mashhad, Iran.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This web-based descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted from Bahman 1403 to Ordibehesht 1404 among Mashhad residents aged 18&ndash;70 years, and participants were recruited through non-probability sampling via Telegram. The minimum required sample size was estimated as 384 using the single-proportion approach for a cross-sectional study (p=0.5, d=0.05, 95% confidence level). A researcher-developed instrument (16 multiple-choice questions in Google Forms) was finalized after expert review and pilot testing (n=11), and demonstrated acceptable reliability (&alpha;=0.763, &omega;=0.842). Of 1,217 responses received, 876 were included in the analysis, and analyses were performed using nonparametric tests and multivariable regression with post-stratification weighting in Python 3.9.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean overall awareness index was 0.553 (unweighted) and 0.563 (weighted) with acceptable reliability (&alpha;=0.763, &omega;=0.842). Women demonstrated higher awareness than men (0.592 vs. 0.534, P<0.001). Education showed an inverse relationship with awareness; individuals with doctoral degrees had the lowest awareness (0.503). The highest awareness was observed for otolaryngology services (0.615) and the lowest for pediatric neurology (0.421).<br> <strong>Discussion:</strong> Public awareness of the distribution of specialized emergency services was low.
