fa شناسایی و دسته بندی نیازهای اطلاعاتی مورد نیاز جهت مدیریت بیماری استئو آرتریت تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span tahoma=""><strong>هدف</strong>: هدف این مطالعه، شناسایی نیازهای اطلاعاتی برای مدیریت بیماری استئوآرتریت بود، چرا که آگاهی جامع افراد از این بیماری و روش های کنترل غیر جراحی آن مانند ورزش، مدیریت وزن و آموزش، نقش کلیدی در موفقیت مداخلات محافظه کارانه دارد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span tahoma="">.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="AR-SA"><span tahoma="">روش ها</span></span></strong><span lang="AR-SA" tahoma="">: </span><span lang="AR-SA"><span tahoma="">این پژوهش کیفی توصیفی در دو مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله اول، برای شناسایی نیازهای اطلاعاتی مدیریت استئوآرتریت، 15 مطالعه علمی و 35 وب سایت معتبر بررسی و نیازها استخراج شدند. در مرحله دوم، با انجام مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته با صاحب نظران، نیازهای اطلاعاتی تأیید، نهایی و دسته بندی شدند. این فرآیند به صورت نظام مند برای اطمینان از دقت و جامعیت نتایج اجرا شد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span tahoma="">.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="AR-SA"><span tahoma="">نتایج</span></span></strong><span lang="AR-SA" tahoma="">: </span><span lang="AR-SA"><span tahoma="">در مجموع 236 نیاز اطلاعاتی خام شناسایی شد و در پنج دسته پیشگیری از آرتروز، تشخیص آرتروز، درمان آرتروز، توان بخشی، موارد عمومی مربوط به آرتروز و موارد بدون دسته بندی، جای گرفت. مواردی از قبیل افتراق بین آرتروز و بیماری های دیگر و بیماری های همراه، آرتروسکوپی، جراحی تعویض مفصل، درمان های دارویی، تزریق ژل، پی آر پی، اوزون درمانی، درمانهای غیر دارویی ورزش و فیزیوتراپی و وسایل کمکی از جمله زیرمجموعه نیازهای شناسایی شده پنج دسته کلی هستند</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span tahoma="">.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="AR-SA"><span tahoma="">نتیجه گیری</span></span></strong><span lang="AR-SA" tahoma="">: </span><span lang="AR-SA"><span tahoma="">شناسایی و دسته بندی اطلاعات معتبر برای مدیریت بیماری استئوآرتریت زمینه ساز ارتقاء سطح آگاهی افراد در معرض خطر، بیماران مبتلا و خانواده آنها است. دسته بندی ارائه شده از نیازهای افراد به اطلاعات مورد نیاز برای مدیریت استئوآرتریت که خروجی نهایی این مطالعه است، باعث تسهیل دسترسی افراد به اطلاعات معتبر می شود</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span tahoma="">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: This study aimed to identify information needs for managing osteoarthritis, as comprehensive public awareness of this disease and its non-surgical control methods, such as exercise, weight management, and education, plays a key role in the success of conservative interventions.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This descriptive qualitative study was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, to extract the informational needs required for managing osteoarthritis, relevant studies (15 articles) and websites (35 websites) were reviewed to identify the informational needs. In the second phase, the identified needs were confirmed, finalized, and categorized by obtaining the opinions of experts through semi-structured interviews.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: A total of 236 raw informational needs were identified and categorized into five groups: prevention of arthritis, diagnosis of arthritis, treatment of arthritis, rehabilitation, and general issues related to arthritis. Issues such as differentiating between arthritis and other diseases and comorbid conditions, arthroscopy, joint replacement surgery, medical treatments, gel injections, ozone therapy, non-drug treatments such as exercise and physiotherapy, and assistive devices were among the identified needs within these five main categories.<br> <strong>Discussion</strong>: Identifying and categorizing valid information for managing OA enhances awareness among at-risk individuals, affected patients, and their families. The classification of individuals&rsquo; informational needs for managing osteoarthritis, which is the final output of this study, facilitates access to credible information for individuals.</span></span></span></div> آرتروز, استئوآرتریت, نیاز اطلاعاتی.
