fa چالش های پرونده الکترونیک سلامت در مراقبت مادران باردار از دیدگاه ماماهای مراقب سلامت Challenges of the electronic health record in the care of pregnant mothers: Healthcare midwives’ viewpoint تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هـدف: پرونـده الکترونیـک سلامت می توانـد کیفیت مراقبت سلامت افـراد جامعه بخصوص مـادران را بهتر نمایـد. از طرفی به کارگیـری آن در مراکـز مراقبـت اولیـه بـا چالش هایی مواجه شـده اسـت. مطالعه حاضر برای شناسـایی تجربیـات ماماهای مراقـب سلامت از سـامانه پرونده الکترونیک سلامت دانشـگاه علوم پزشـکی مشـهد موسـوم به « سینا » در مراقبـت از مادران باردار انجام گرفت. روش هـا: ایـن مطالعـه کیـفی به روش تحلیـل تماتیـک انجام گردیـد. شـرکت کنندگان ماماهـای مراقب سالمـت در مراکز بهداشـت دانشـگاه علـوم پزشـکی مشـهد بودنـد. بـرای گـردآوری نظـرات از رویکرد مصاحبـه بدون سـاختار اسـتفاده گردید کـه بدیـن ترتیـب 14 مامـا باتجربه یک سـال کار با سـامانه « سینا » در مراکز بهداشـت مـورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتنـد. تحلیل دادها بر اساس راهنمای راون و کالرک انجام گردید. نتایـج: چالش هـای کار بـا سـامانه در سـه تـم اصـلی مدیریـتی، اطلاعاتی و فـنی شـناخته و دسـته بندی شـد. چالش های مدیریـت متشـکل از دو تـم فـرعی فرایند کار و سـاختار، چالش هـای اطلاعاتی درحـوزه کیفیت و حجم آن بـود. دو تم فرعی چالش های شبکه و نرم افزاری در حوزه فنی دسته بندی شدند.  نتیجه گیـری: سیسـتم های مراقبتهـای بهداشـتی بایـد بـه طور منظـم پرونـده الکترونیـک سلامـت را ارزیابی کننـد تا با نیازهـای در حـال تغییـر سـازگار باشـند. در این راسـتا توجه به کاربـران و برآوردن نیازهـای آنان، طراحی مجـدد فرایند کار، افزایـش همـکاری بیـن ارائه دهنـدگان مراقبت هـای بهداشـتی، سیاسـت گذاران و توسـعه دهندگان ضـرورت دارد. همچنیـن اجـرای عملکـردی سیسـتم ارجـاع، ایجـاد قابلیت هـای سـامانه های الکترونیـک، قابلیـت تعامـل و انتقـال اطالعـات با سـایر سامانه های سطح کشور برای سامانه سینا ضرورت دارد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Electronic health records can advance the quality of health care for society, especially mothers. On the other hand, implementation in primary care centers has faced challenges. The study was conducted to identify the experiences of health care midwives from the electronic health record system of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences known as “SINA” caring for pregnant. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted using the thematic analysis method. The participants were healthcare midwives in the primary health centers of Mashhad. An unstructured interview approach was used to gather opinions, thus 14 midwives with one year of experience working with the “SINA” system in primary health centers were interviewed. The analysis was done as described by Braun and Clarke. Results: The challenges of working with the system were identified and categorized three main themes of management, information and technical challenge. Management challenges consisted of two sub-themes of work process and structure, data challenges in the field of quality and volume. Two sub-themes of Network Issues and Software Usability were categorized in the field of technical. Discussion: Healthcare systems must regularly evaluate electronic health records to adapt to changing needs. In this regard, it is necessary to pay attention to users and meet their needs, redesign the work process, and increase cooperation between healthcare providers, policymakers, and developers. Also, the functional implementation of the referral system, the creation of electronic system capabilities, and the ability to interact and transfer information with other country-level systems are necessary for the “SINA” system.</div> پرونده الکترونیک سلامت,سامانه یکپارچه نظام اطلاعات, مرکز مراقبت اولیه,سلامت مادران, مادر باردار.
