fa عوامل مؤثر بر به‌کارگیری خدمات ارزش افزوده موبایل در حوزه درمان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>هدف:&nbsp;</strong>در حوزه سلامت، به‌دلیل کمبود منابع پزشکی و رشد نامتقارن بین عرضه و تقاضا، هزینه‌های خدمات سلامت بالاست. خدمات ارزش افزوده موبایل می‌تواند کمبود منابع پزشکی را جبران کند و عدالت در توزیع خدمات سلامت را ارتقا دهد. هدف مطالعه حاضر، ارائه الگوی مناسب و مؤثر برای به‌کارگیری خدمات ارزش افزوده موبایل در حوزه درمان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی بود.<br> <strong>روش ها:&nbsp;</strong>در این پژوهش که با روش توصیفی و به‌صورت مقطعی در سال 1401 انجام گرفت، جامعه آماری کارشناسان فناوری اطلاعات درمان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان تهران بودند. پرسش‌نامه با 62 سؤال تنظیم و برای همه اعضای جامعه ارسال شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه براساس نظر 5 نفر از خبرگان موردبررسی و تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 0/944 به دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها و شناسایی الگو از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 25 استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> 64 نفر در این مطالعه شرکت کردند که 29 درصد زن و 70 درصد مرد بودند. بر این اساس، الگوی خدمات ارزش افزوده موبایل در حوزه درمان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی در 16 عامل دسته‌بندی شد که به‌ترتیب رتبه، عامل درک منافع، درک رفاه، ارزش‌های کاربران، نتایج مشتریان، نتایج جامعه، نتایج سازمان، تأثیرات مالی و کسب و کار، تأثیرات کیفی، زیرساخت فناوری، کاهش ترس از فناوری، یادگیری و توانمندسازی، عوامل شغلی، حمایت و مشوق‌ها، نگرش، اطمینان‌پذیری و کاهش مخاطرات قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:&nbsp;</strong>مدیریت درمان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی می‌تواند به‌منظور به‌کارگیری صحیح از خدمات ارزش افزوده موبایل، در جهت افزایش رضایت بیمه‌شدگان و بازنشستگان و بهبود فرایندهای خود با توجه به ابعاد و الگوی ارائه‌شده در این پژوهش اقدام کند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Objective:&nbsp;</strong>Due to the lack of medical resources and the asymmetric growth of demand-supply mismatch in Iran, the costs of health services are high. Mobile value-added services can compensate for the lack of medical resources and promote justice in the distribution of health services. This study aims to provide a model for using mobile value-added services in the field of health for the Social Security Organization in Iran.<br> <strong>Methods:&nbsp;</strong>In this descriptive cross-sectional study in 2022, experts in health information technology from the Social Security Organization in Tehran province participated. A questionnaire with 62 items was designed to collect data whose validity was confirmed based on the opinion of five experts and the reliability was confirmed with a Cronbach&rsquo;s &alpha; of 0.944. Exploratory factor analysis method and SPSS software, version 25, were used for data analysis and modeling.<br> <strong>Results:&nbsp;</strong>The participants were 64 experts, 29% female and 70% male.
