fa طیف گسترده نقش پرستاران در اعتباربخشی بیمارستانی تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri=""><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="">اعتباربخشی بیمارستانی در راستای بهبود کیفیت مراقبت‌های مرتبط با سلامت از اهمیت اساسی برخوردار است. پرستاران به عنوان یکی از مهمترین اعضای تیم سلامت در این فرایند مشارکت فعالانه‌ای دارند و به عنوان یکی از رئوس اصلی برنامه‌های ارزشیابی مطرح می‌باشند. در متون مختلف به طور پراکنده به نقش پرستاران در فرایندهای اعتباربخشی‌ محیط‌های درمانی اشاره شده است. با توجه به اهمیت نقش کلیدی پرستاران و چالش‌های متعدد مطرح شده توسط آن‌ها در انجام وظایف محوله طی فرایندهای اعتباربخشی بیمارستانی، ضروری است تا به صورت متمرکزتری به ابعاد مختلف عملکرد پرستاران در برنامه‌های ارتقا‌ء دهنده کیفیت درمان پرداخته شود. انتظار می‌رود چنین اقداماتی در راستای توجه بیشتر مسئولین مربوطه به مسائل و مشکلات پرستاران موثر واقع شود</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" times="">. </span><span style="font-family:"B Lotus"" lang="FA"></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span></div> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="tab-stops:51.45pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Hospital accreditation is very important for improving the quality of health-related care. As one of the most important members of the health team, nurses actively participate in this process and are considered as one of the main points of evaluation programs. In various literature, the role of nurses in the process of accreditation of medical environments has not been mentioned in a focused way. Considering the importance of the key role of nurses and the numerous challenges raised by them in performing the tasks assigned during the hospital accreditation processes, it is necessary to focus more on the different dimensions of nurses&#39; performance in programs that improve the quality of care.
