fa شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر رضایتمندی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی هرمزگان: یک مطالعه کیفی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> موفقیت سازمان‌های آموزشی در گرو رضایت دانشجویان آن است و همین امر موجب پیشرفت و شکوفایی دانشگاه می‌شود. به دلیل حساسیت جایگاه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و مسئولیت خطیر آن در آموزش نیروهایی که به ‌صورت مستقیم با سلامت جامعه در ارتباط‌اند، این مراکز باید تلاشی مضاعف جهت رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان خود انجام دهند. بدین منظور این پژوهش با هدف شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر رضایتمندی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی هرمزگان انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش‌ها:</strong> این پژوهش کاربردی، با روش‌شناسی کیفی و روش پژوهش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شد. نمونه‌ها هدفمند و براساس معیار از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی هرمزگان گزینش شدند. در این پژوهش با 13 دانشجوی مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شد. داده‌ها با نرم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>افزار مکس‌کیودآ تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شد.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> 7 درون‌مایه محوری شامل &quot;عوامل آموزشی&quot;، &quot;عوامل پژوهشی&quot;، &quot;عوامل مدیریتی&quot;، &quot;عوامل اداری &quot;، &quot;عوامل رفاهی&quot; و &quot;خدمات حمایتی&quot; با زیر طبقات آن‌ که بیانگر تجربه و درک مشترک دانشجویان از عوامل مؤثر بر رضایتمندی آنان استخراج شد.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به اهمیت عوامل آموزشی، پژوهشی، مدیریتی، عوامل اداری، عوامل رفاهی و خدمات حمایتی از دیدگاه دانشجویان شایسته است سیاست‌گذاران و متولیان امر با در نظر گرفتن اقتضائات و انتظارات دانشجویان، به تدوین برنامه‌هایی همت گمارند که پاسخگوی نیازهای مغفول مانده دانشجویان در این زمینه‌ها باشد<strong>.</strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim:</strong> The success of educational organizations depends on their students&#39; satisfaction, which leads to the university&#39;s progress and prosperity. Due to the vital position of a university of medical sciences and its serious responsibility in educating the forces directly related to the community&#39;s health, these centers must redouble their efforts to satisfy their students. For this purpose, this study was conducted to identify factors affecting students&#39; satisfaction with Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This applied research was conducted with qualitative methodology and qualitative content analysis. The samples were purposefully selected from the Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences students. In this study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 13 students.
