fa رتبه‌بندی سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی بر اساس الزامات در ایران، 1392 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p style="font-style:normal;"><em><font size="2"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing: -0.4pt">مقدمه:</span></b><span lang="FA">&nbsp;</span></font></font></em><strong><em><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></span></em></strong><em> </em><em><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی نرم‌افزاری جامع برای یکپارچه کردن اطلاعات بیماران جهت ارسال و تبادل اطلاعات بین بخش‌ها و سایر مراکز درمانی است که با توجه به نیاز کاربران، تغییراتی از قبیل اصلاحات، بهبود یا انطباق با تغییرات در محیط سازمان و نیز اضافه نمودن الزامات و ویژگی‌های عملکردی در این سیستم‌ها، نیاز است به طور مداوم سیستم‌ها مورد ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی قرار گیرند. هدف این پژوهش رتبه‌بندی سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی است</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span></span></em></p> <p style="font-style:normal;"><em><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="2"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing: -0.4pt">روش ها</span></b><span lang="FA">:</span></font><span lang="FA"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">&nbsp;</font></span></font></font><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش به صورت توصیفی - مقطعی در سال 1392انجام شد. جامعه‌ی پژوهش، سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی بیمارستان‌های کشور بودند. حجم نمونه 16 شرکت تعیین شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از چک‌لیست شامل اطلاعات مبتنی بر اهداف پژوهش جمع‌آوری شده و که دارای روایی صوری بوده و روایی محتوی نیز مورد تأیید متخصصان قرار گرفت. داده‌های گردآوری شده با آمار توصیفی و نرم‌افزار </span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS16</span></span></span><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> &nbsp;تحلیل گردید.</span></span></span></em></p> <p style="font-style:normal;"><em><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="2"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها</span></b><b><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing: -0.4pt">:</span></b><span>&nbsp;</span></font></font><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در رتبه‌بندی کلی سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی؛ &laquo;رایاوران&raquo; بالاترین رتبه با 7/72 درصد و &laquo;طراحان بوعلی&raquo; کمترین رتبه با 1/47 درصد بوده است. تنها سه نرم‌افزار در رتبه‌بندی الزامات عملکردی از کارایی خوبی برخوردار بودند. بیشتر سیستم‌ها در الزامات فنی، قابلیت استفاده و توانایی‌های شرکت فروشنده سیستم، کارایی خوبی دارند و بیشتر سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی در بهبود کیفیت مراقبت بیمار، کارایی ضعیفی داشتند.</span></span></span></em></p> <p style="font-style:normal;"><em><font size="2"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">:</span><b><span lang="AR-SA">&nbsp;</span></b><span>به طور کلی سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی کشور در الزامات مورد بررسی از کارایی متوسطی برخودارند که نیاز به مطالعه و دقت نظر بیشتر مدیران و طراحان سیستم را طلب می‌کند.</span></font> </font></em></p> <p><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Hospital information system is comprehensive software aiming to integrate patient information in order to send and exchange information between departments and other medical centers, based on, Since according to the users&#39; needs, some changes such as modifications, improvements or conformity to changes in the organization are applied and also some requirements and performance characteristics are added in these systems so they should be constantly assessed and ranked. The aim of this research is to rank hospital information systems.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>Methods:</strong> This descriptive study was conducted in 2013. Research population included hospital information systems of the country. The sample size comprised 16 companies. Data were collected from check lists which included information related to research purposes, and its validity was confirmed by experts. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and SPSS software.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>Results:</strong> In the overall rating of hospital information systems, &ldquo;Rayavran&rdquo; with 72.7% ranked the highest and &ldquo;BuAli designers&rdquo; with 47.1% ranked the lowest. In rating functional requirements, only three softwares were efficient.
