fa تازه های احیاء قلبی ریوی پیشرفته 2020: مروری روایتی عمومى General مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> با توجه به نقش حیاتی احیاگران حرفه‌ای در احیاء پیشرفته و کاهش میزان مرگ و میر افراد دچار ایست قلبی ریوی شده، هدف از این مقاله ارائه تازه های احیاء قلبی ریوی پیشرفته می‌باشد.<br> <strong>منابع اطلاعات یا داده‌ها:</strong> در سال 1400 این مطالعه در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر از جمله <span dir="LTR">Scopus</span>، <span dir="LTR">Web of Science</span>، <span dir="LTR">PubMed</span>، <span dir="LTR">SID</span> و <span dir="LTR">Google Scholar</span> مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong>روش‌های انتخاب برای مطالعه:</strong> در این مطالعه مروری که براساس ترجمه راهنمای احیاء قلبی ریوی انجمن قلب امریکا در سال 2020 و سایر منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مقالات چاپ شده از طریق جستجو در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر بین سال‌های 2010 تا 2020 با استفاده از عملگرهای بولی <span dir="LTR">and</span> و <span dir="LTR">or</span> همراه با کلیدواژه های &quot;راهنمای بالینی&quot;، &quot;ایست قلبی&quot;، &quot;حمایت قلبی پیشرفته&quot; صورت پذیرفت. در مجموع تعداد 680 مقاله و 2 گایدلاین بازیابی شد. پس از اعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج، نهایتاً 19 مقاله و 1 گایدلاین مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong>ترکیب مطالب و نتایج:</strong>در راهنمای جدید بر مراقبت‌های بعد از احیای قلبی- ریوی و همچنین به حمایت‌های روان‌شناختی از امدادگران تاکید شده و مرحله یکم تا ششم زنجیره‌ی بقا، به ترتیب به تشخیص زودرس و پیشگیری، تماس با اورژانس، احیای قلبی ریوی با کیفیت بالا، دفیبریلاسیون، مراقبت پس از ایست قلبی و ریکاروری اختصاص یافته است. در راهنمای جدید، استفاده از تجهیزات و داروها، نحوه مدیریت موارد خاص تغییراتی براساس شواهد داشته است و به‌روزرسانی شده است.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> آگاهی از احیاء قلبی ریوی پیشرفته و آگاهی از آخرین تغییرات آن جهت کلیه احیاگران حرفه‌ای امری لازم و بدیهی است<strong>.</strong><br> <strong>کلیدواژه‌ها: </strong>احیاء قلبی- ریوی، ایست قلبی، حمایت قلبی پیشرفته.</span></span><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span></span></span><br> <span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim:</strong> Considering the vital role of professional resuscitators in advanced resuscitation and reducing the mortality rate of people with cardiopulmonary arrest, this article aims to present new advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation.<br> <strong>Information sources or data:</strong> In 2021, the study was searched in reputable databases and databases, including SID, Science of Web, Scopus, PubMed, and Scholar Google.<br> <strong>Selection methods for study:</strong> This review study is based on the translation of the Heart Association&#39;s Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Guide 2020 and other library resources and articles published by searching reputable databases between 2010 and 2020 using Boolean operators or with the keywords &quot; Guidelines&quot;, &quot;cardiac arrest&quot;, &quot;advanced cardiac support&quot; were performed. A total of 680 articles and 2 guidelines were found. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 19 articles and 1 guideline were finally reviewed.<br> &nbsp;<strong>Combine content and results:</strong> The new guideline emphasizes post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation care as well as psychological support for paramedics, and the first to sixth stages of the survival chain include early detection and prevention, emergency contact, high-quality CPR, and defibrillation, respectively. In the new guide, the use of equipment and drugs and how specific cases are managed have been changed based on evidence and updated.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Awareness of advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation and its latest changes is necessary and evident for all professional resuscitators<strong>.</strong></div> احیاء قلبی- ریوی, ایست قلبی, حمایت قلبی پیشرفته.
