fa عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش آمادگی پرستاران نسبت به پیاده‌سازی پرونده الکترونیک سلامت تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>مقدمه:</em></strong> <em>آمادگی نیروی انسانی از مهم‌ترین عوامل در پیاده‌سازی موفق سیستم‌های پرونده الکترونیک سلامت به شمار می‌رود. پرستاران نیز نقش کلیدی در ارائه مراقبت ایفا می‌کنند. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در افزایش آمادگی پرستاران نسبت به پیاده‌سازی پرونده الکترونیک سلامت انجام شد.</em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>روش ها</em></strong>: <em>این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی </em><em>&ndash;</em><em> مقطعی بوده و با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی </em><em>طبقه</em><em>‌</em><em>بندی شده </em><em>روی 283 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان در سال 1392 انجام شد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه صورت گرفت. روایی آن بر اساس روش اعتبار محتوایی و پایایی آن با محاسبه همبستگی درونی بررسی شد. از روش‌های آماری توصیفی مانند توزیع فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار با استفاده از نرم‌افزار</em><em><span dir="LTR">16</span></em> <em><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span></em> <em>برای تحلیل نتایج استفاده شد.</em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>یافته‌ها</em></strong><strong>:</strong> <em>عامل &quot;درک و آگاهی از ویژگی‌ها و مزایای پرونده الکترونیک سلامت</em><em>&quot; با میانگین 45/0</em><em>&plusmn;</em><em>76/4 دارای بیشترین میانگین امتیاز بوده در حالی ‌که عامل‌ &quot;اطمینان از امنیت و محرمانگی اطلاعات در پرونده الکترونیک سلامت&quot; با میانگین 81/0</em><em>&plusmn;</em><em>21/4 و عامل </em><em>&quot;</em><em>مشارکت افراد در فرآیند طراحی و پیاده‌سازی پرونده الکترونیک سلامت&quot; با میانگین 71/0</em><em>&plusmn;</em><em>29/4 دارای کمترین میانگین امتیاز می‌باشند</em><em>.</em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>نتیجه‌گیری</em></strong>: <em>با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، بیشتر پرستاران عقیده دارند که افزایش آگاهی از مزایا و مفهوم پرونده الکترونیک سلامت نقش مؤثری در آمادگی آن‌ها نسبت به پیاده‌سازی این سیستم‌ها دارد. بنابراین این موضوع می‌بایست مورد توجه سیاست‌گذاران فناوری اطلاعات قرار گیرد.</em></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Personnel readiness is the major factor for implementation of Electronic Health Records (EHR). On the other hand, nurses play an important role to the delivery of care. This study aimed to determine factors affecting nurses&rsquo; readiness to implement EHR.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> This descriptive - cross sectional study was conducted on the nurses in the teaching hospitals affiliated to Golestan University of Medical Sciences in 2013. The data was collected by a valid and reliable structured questionnaire. Data was analyzed using Descriptive statistics.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Data analysis indicated that the factor of perception and awareness of the characteristics and advantages of EHR (4.76&plusmn;0.45) had the highest score, whereas the factor of ensuring the security and confidentiality in the EHR (4.21&plusmn;0.81) and participation in the design and implementation phase of EHR (4.29&plusmn;0.71) had the lowest score.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The most obvious finding from this study is that most nurses believe that awareness of benefits and understanding EHR concept, increase their readiness to implement EHR.
