fa اقدامات حمایتی بیمارستان از دیدگاه پرستاران عفونی و غیرعفونی مراقبت‌کننده از بیماران کووید-19 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> تغییر کارکرد بیمارستان‌ها در طول بحران کووید-19 و عدم تجربه قبلی پرستاران، تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های حمایتی ویژه را در این خصوص ضروری ساخت. در این پژوهش، دیدگاه پرستاران دارای تجربه در بخش‌های عفونی و غیرعفونی در خصوص اقدامات حمایتی بیمارستان بررسی شد.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در شهر مشهد انجام شد. 230 پرستار مراقبت‌کننده از بیماران کووید-19 شاغل در بخش‌های عفونی (گروه 1) و غیرعفونی (گروه 2) به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته تدوین، روایی و پایایی آن بررسی و تأیید شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و توسط آزمون کای‌اسکوئر و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون انجام شد.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>نتایج:</strong><a name="_Hlk72307196">از دیدگاه پرستاران بیشترین رضایت مربوط به اقدامات مرتبط با سازماندهی مجدد بیمارستان (</a>87/8 درصد) و کمترین رضایت مربوط به ایجاد محل اقامت مناسب (4/26 درصد) بود. به لحاظ آماری تفاوت معنی‌دار بین میزان رضایت از اقدامات حمایتی در گروه 1 و 2 در زمینه اقدامات مرتبط با آموزش و اطلاع‌رسانی (0/014<span dir="LTR">P-Value=</span>)، آموزش در خصوص ایمنی و مراقبت از بیماران کرونا (0/017<span dir="LTR">P-Value=</span>)، امکان دریافت مشاوره و انجام غربالگری (0/018<span dir="LTR">P-Value=</span>)، تأمین و اعزام به موقع نیروی انسانی (0/002<span dir="LTR">P-Value=</span>) و سازمان‌دهی مجدد بیمارستان متناسب با بحران (0/002<span dir="LTR">P-Value=</span>) مشاهده گردید.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با توجه به دیدگاه‌های متفاوت پرستاران عفونی و غیرعفونی نسبت به اقدامات حمایتی یکسان صورت گرفته از سوی بیمارستان، توجه مدیران به نیازهای گروه‌های مختلف پرستاری خصوصاً در زمان بحران جهت افزایش رضایت پرستاران پیشنهاد می‌شود<span dir="LTR">.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim:</strong> As the functions of hospitals change during COVID-19 outbreak and due to lack of nurses&rsquo; experience, the development and implementation of special support programs in this regard seems necessary. The present study intended to assess the experienced nurses&rsquo; viewpoints in infectious and non-infectious wards regarding hospital support measures.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional descriptive study was performed in IMAMREZA hospital in Mashhad. All together 230nurses caring for COVID-19 patients working in infectious (group 1) and non-infectious (group 2) wards were selected through stratified random sampling. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were examined and confirmed. The Data were analyzed by SPSS with Chi-square and Pearson correlation coefficients.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>From the nurses&#39; viewpoint, the highest satisfaction score was related to the reorganization of the hospital and the allocation of new ward (87.8%). The lowest was related to providing suitable accommodation for the medical staff (26.4%).
