fa مرور نظام‌مند بر فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های تله کاردیولوژی در سیستم‌های مراقبت بهداشتی تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>هدف: </strong>تله‌کاردیولوژی می‌تواند یک ابزار تشخیصی مفید برای تشخیص دقیق و سریع بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات قلبی را به پزشکان متخصص و عمومی ارائه دهد.. در این مطالعه یک مرور نظام مند برای شناسایی مؤلفه‌ها و رویکردهای مؤثر در تله‌کاردیولوژی مانند فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های&nbsp; به‌کارگیری این سیستم انجام گردیده است<span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-size:16.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>منابع اطلاعات یا داده‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه مروری با روش نظام‌مند به جستجوی مطالعات و مقالات در حوزه تله‌کاردیولوژی در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی<span dir="LTR"> Scopus</span>، <span dir="LTR">PubMed</span>، <span dir="LTR">Science Direct</span>، <span dir="LTR">ProQuest </span>و<span dir="LTR"> EBSCO </span>انجام گردید. از کلیدواژه‌های<span dir="LTR"> Challenges </span>،&nbsp; <span dir="LTR">Opportunity</span>،&nbsp; <span dir="LTR">Tele Cardiology</span>،&nbsp; <span dir="LTR">Work Flow</span>، <span dir="LTR">Tele Electrocardiogram </span>و<span dir="LTR"> Tele Health&nbsp; </span>برای جستجو مقالات استفاده‌ شده است<span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-size:16.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>روش‌های انتخاب برای مطالعه:</strong> همه انواع مطالعات در زمینه تله‌کاردیولوژی بدون محدودیت زمانی وارد بررسی شد. مقالات با استفاده از چک‌لیست<span dir="LTR"> PRISMA </span>مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از مجموعه 6770 مقاله جستجو شده در نهایت 11 مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند<span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-size:16.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>ترکیب مطالب و نتایج:</strong> از بیشترین فرصت‌های مطرح شده در مقالات می‌توان به دسترسی سریع و بیشتر به خدمات، کاهش تشخیص اشتباه، صرفه‌جویی در وقت و از چالش‌های این سیستم می‌توان به کمبود تجهیزات و عدم تمایل پزشکان به استفاده از فناوری اشاره کرد. اکثر مطالعات در کشور استرالیا (29 درصد) انجام‌ گرفته بود و بیشترین فرصت بیان‌ شده تشخیص سریع (29/64 درصد) بود<span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-size:16.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>نتایج، بیانگر آن است که این سیستم علاوه برداشتن فرصت‌ها، چالش‌هایی را نیز دارا است ولی تعداد زیاد فرصت‌ها بر مؤثر بودن این فناوری در سیستم‌های مراقبت سلامت دلالت دارد<span dir="LTR">.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;"></span></span><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim:</strong> Telecardiology provides a useful diagnostic tool for accurate and rapid diagnosis of patients with cardiac disorders to specialist and general practitioners. In this study, a systematic review was conducted to identify effective components and approaches in Telecardiology, such as the opportunities and challenges of applying this system in different domains.<br> <strong>Information sources or data:</strong> This review study was conducted by a systematic search for studies and articles of telecardiology in the databases of Scopus, PubMed, Science Direct, ProQuest and EBSCO. The keywords such as &nbsp;Challenges, Opportunity, Telecardiology, Workflow, Tele electrocardiogram and Telehealth were used to search articles.<br> <strong>Selection methods for study:</strong> All types of Telecardiology studies were reviewed without time limitation. Articles were reviewed using the PRISMA checklist. Of 6770 articles obtained through database searching, 11 articles were finally included in the study<strong>.</strong><br> <strong>Combine content and results</strong><strong><span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> Among the most opportunities cited in the articles, we can mention faster and more access to services, reduction of misdiagnosis, and saving time. One of the main challenges of this system is the lack of equipment and physicians&#39; unwillingness to use technology.
