fa چالش های سیستم اطلاعات اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی با رویکرد سیستمی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>هدف: </strong>اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی مهمترین جزء سیستم سلامت است که با توجه به ماهیت اورژانسی خدمات آن، یک بخش حساس به اطلاعات می‌باشد؛ ولی اغلب سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی دارای چالش‌هایی در تأمین این اطلاعات هستند که در این مطالعه، چالش‌های سیستم اطلاعات اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی با رویکرد سیستمی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>روش‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی، چالش‌های سیستم اطلاعات اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی مرکز مدیریت فوریت‌های پزشکی استان هرمزگان با استفاده از چک لیست محقق‌ساخته از دیدگاه سیستمی و با در نظر گرفتن نوع سیستم اطلاعات از نظر میزان مکانیزاسیون، نوع داده&not;ها، نوع فرایندهای پردازشی، سخت‌افزارها و نرم‌افزارها، افراد دخیل و نیز انواع گزارشات و اطلاعات خروجی سیستم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و استخراج گردید. داده ها به صورت دستی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">. </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>نتایج:</strong> نتایج نشان داد مهم‌ترین چالش این سیستم، عدم وجود سیستم اطلاعات الکترونیکی و دستی بودن فعالیت مدیریت اطلاعات بود. همچنین، مشکل در گردآوری و ثبت انواع داده‌های صوتی، تصویری و متنی و عدم وجود تجهیزات سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری به‌روز جهت تبادلات الکترونیکی اطلاعات اورژانسی از دیگر چالش‌های این سیستم بود</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> از آنجایی که سیستم اطلاعات اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی در این مطالعه در هیچ‌ یک از اجزای خود از قابلیت‌های سیستم الکترونیکی بهره نمی‌برد و با توجه به پیامدهای مثبت این سیستم‌ها و افزایش ظرفیت اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی، بایستی برنامه‌ریزی جهت استفاده از این سیستم‌ها صورت پذیرد.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim:</strong> Pre-hospital Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is a vital part of the health system, which given the emergency nature of its services, is an information-sensitive area. But most information systems have challenges in providing this information. This study examines the challenges of a pre-hospital emergency information system (EMSIS) with a systematic approach.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this descriptive applied study, the challenges of the EMSIS of Hormozgan EMS Management Center were investigated and extracted using a checklist (14 questions) from a systematic approach, namely, considering the type of information system in terms of mechanization, type of data, data processing method, hardware and software, involved people as well as various types of reports and information. Data were analyzed manually.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The main challenge of current system was the lack of an electronic information system and the manual managing of information.
