fa امکان سنجی ارایه خدمات طب سنتی از راه دور:مطالعه موردی در کلینیک طب سنتی حکیم عمادالدین شیرازی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> طب سنتی آن دسته از مراقبت‌ها و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی است که خارج از قواعد مرسوم و رایج ارایه می‌شود. از سوی دیگر، پزشکی از راه دور با استفاده از فرآیندهای الکترونیکی و ارتباطی به ارایه خدمات پزشکی می‌پردازد. مطالعه حاضر امکان استفاده از پزشکی از راه دور را در کلینیک طب سنتی حکیم عمادالدین شیرازی بررسی می‌کند<span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"></span><br> <strong>روش‌ها:</strong> این پژوهش به‌صورت توصیفی-مقطعی در بهمن‌ماه 1397 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل مدیریت، پزشکان و بیماران کلینیک بود که مدیریت و پزشکان با روش سرشماری و بیماران با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. در مورد بیماران بر اساس فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 400 بیمار تعیین شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های محقق ساخته جمع‌آوری گردید که روایی و پایایی آن سنجیده شده بود و توسط نرم‌افزار<span dir="LTR"> SPSS </span>تحلیل شدند<span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"></span><br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> 12 نفر از پزشکان (7/66 درصد) با پزشکی از راه دور آشنایی نسبتاً زیادی داشتند، درحالی‌که فقط 9/14 درصد از بیماران آشنایی نسبتاً زیادی با پزشکی از راه دور داشتند. علی‌رغم آشنایی بیشتر پزشکان، تمایل بیماران به استفاده از این فناوری بیشتر بود<span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>باوجود رواج روزافزون هر دو حیطه پزشکی از راه دور و طب سنتی، به دلیل دشواری ارتباط بین بخش‌های مختلف کلینیک و بین کلینیک و بیماران، عدم‌حمایت مدیریت عالی کلینیک و عدم آشنایی پزشکان و بیماران با پزشکی از راه دور به نظر می‌رسد که در شرایط فعلی امکان به‌کارگیری پزشکی از راه دور در این کلینیک وجود ندارد<span dir="LTR">.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim</strong>: Complementary medicine is the type of health care provided outside the usual rules. On the other hand, telemedicine provides medical services using electronic and communication processes. The present study investigates the possibility of using telemedicine in Hakim Emadeddin Shirazi Complementary Medicine Clinic.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in February 2019. The study population included manager and physicians of the clinic and patients referring to the clinic. Manager and physicians were selected by census method and patients were selected by random sampling. Based on Cochran formula, a sample size of 400 patients was considered. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability was measured and analyzed by SPSS software.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Twelve physicians (66.7 percent) were relatively familiar with telemedicine; however, only 14.9 percent of patients were relatively familiar with telemedicine.
