fa ارزیابی کیفیت داده‌های سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان از دیدگاه کاربران تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>هدف:</strong>داده‌های باکیفیت پیش‌نیاز ارائه خدمات مراقبت سلامت باکیفیت است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کیفیت داده‌های سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان انجام شده است</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>روش‌ها:</strong> پژوهش حاضر کاربردی بوده و به ‌صورت توصیفی- مقطعی در سال 1397 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل کاربران سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی پنج بیمارستان آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان بود. در این پژوهش روش نمونه‌گیری آسان و در دسترس برای انتخاب 300 نفر از کاربران استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته گردآوری و با نرم‌افزار</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> SPSS </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">و آمارهای توصیفی تحلیلی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>نتایج:</strong> میانگین ابعاد قابلیت دسترسی (35/61&plusmn;7/1)، مربوط بودن (01/18&plusmn;7/1)، امنیت (07/39&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">7/1</span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">)، قابل‌فهم بودن (16/23&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">7/1</span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">)، نمایش موجز (12/32&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">7/1</span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">)، سادگی عملیات (12/20&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">7/1</span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">) و تفسیرپذیری (21/09&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">7/1</span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">) بود. میانگین ابعاد عینی بودن (86/33&plusmn;6/1)، اعتبار عمومی (65/33&plusmn;6/1)، تناسب حجم داده‌ها (93/43&plusmn;6/1)، باورپذیری (88/36&plusmn;6/1)، بهنگام بودن (80/49&plusmn;6/1)، کامل بودن (74/22&plusmn;6/1)، همسانی نمایش (87/29&plusmn;6/1) و صحت داده‌ها (69/15&plusmn;6/1) کمتر از میانگین 7 و از میانگین کل 10 بود. بین تمامی ابعاد مورد ارزیابی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود داشت (0/05</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">P-Value<</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به اینکه تمامی ابعاد در سطح مطلوب یا نسبتا مطلوب قرار داشتند، بنابراین توجه و بهبود کیفیت داده‌های موجود در سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim:</strong> High quality data are prerequisite of high-quality health care. Present study aimed to evaluate hospital information system data quality in educational hospitals of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The applied cross-sectional study was conducted in 2018. Research population comprises HIS&rsquo; users of five public hospitals affiliated to Zahedan University of Medical Sciences. The convenient sampling technique was used for&nbsp;&nbsp; the selection of 300 samples. Data were collected using a researcher-conducted questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS software using descriptive and analytic statistics.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean score of accessibility included (7/35&plusmn;1/61), relevancy (7/01&plusmn;1/18), security (7/07&plusmn;1/39), understandability (7/16&plusmn;1/23), concise representation (7/12&plusmn;1/32), ease of operation (7/12&plusmn;1/20), and interpretability (7/21&plusmn;1/09) out of a total 10 achieved from users&rsquo; perspective. The mean score of objectivity comprised (6/86&plusmn;1/32), reputation (6/65&plusmn;1/33), appropriate amount (6/93&plusmn;1/43), believability (6/88&plusmn;1/36), timeliness (6/80&plusmn;1/49), completeness (6/74&plusmn;1/29), consistent representation (6/87&plusmn;1/29), and accuracy (6/69&plusmn;1/15) out of a total of 10. A significant and positive correlation exists between all of evaluated factors (p-value < 0/05).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The evaluated hospital information systems data quality was considered an optimal level in terms of accessibility, relevancy, security, understandability, concise representation, ease of operation, and interpretability factors and were relatively optimal in terms of objectivity, reputation, appropriate amount, believability, timeliness, completeness, consistent representation, and accuracy factors.
