fa ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه نیازهای اطلاعات سلامت خانواده کودکان مبتلا به سرطان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>هدف:</strong> وجود ابزار مناسب برای شناسایی نیازهای اطلاعات سلامت خانواده کودکان مبتلا به سرطان می تواند منجر به بهبود فرآیند مراقبت از آنان توسط خانواده شود.&nbsp; هدف از مطالعه حاضر، ساخت و اعتبار یابی پرسش نامه نیازهای اطلاعات سلامت خانواده کودکان مبتلا به سرطان در ایران بود</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>روش‌ها:</strong> روش پژوهش پیمایشی کاربردی و نوع آن همبستگی (تحلیل اکتشافی با روش تحلیل مؤلفه های اصلی) بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، 729 خانواده کودکان مبتلا به سرطان مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان سیدالشهدای اصفهان (امید) از فروردین تا شهریورماه سال 1397 بود که براساس فرمول کوکران 244 نفر به روش نمونه گیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند و داوطلبانه براساس معیارهای ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> SPSS&nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">نسخه 20 و روش های آماری آلفای کرونباخ، تحلیل عامل اکتشافی، آزمون کایزر- مایر- الکین، آزمون اسکری کتل تجزیه و تحلیل شد</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>نتایج:</strong> ﻧﺘﺎیﺞ ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از روش آﻣﺎری ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ (ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ مؤلفه‌های اﺻﻠﯽ) و ﭼﺮﺧﺶ واریﻤﺎﮐﺲ چهار ﻋﺎﻣﻞ دسترسی، ارائه و تبادل اطلاعات سلامت مرتبط، ارائه اطلاعات در مورد سرطان توسط کادر درمان، امکانات و خدمات سلامت و مشاوره، و حمایت های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و معنوی را شناسایی کرد که در کل 56/57 درصد واریانس گویه‌های پرسشنامه را تبیین می کنند. ضرایب پایایی آلفای‌کرونباخ به‌دست ‌آمده از ساختار عاملی اکتشافی برای کل پرسشنامه 96/0 بود</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎیﺎیﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ می‌توان از آن به‌ عنوان یﮏ اﺑﺰار ﭘﺎیﺎ و ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ در نظام سلامت برای شناسایی و رفع نیازهای اطلاعاتی خانواده کودکان مبتلا به سرطان استفاده کرد</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim:</strong>The purpose of&nbsp; the present study was to construct and validate the health information needs of families of children with cancer in Iran.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: The current study used Correlation method (exploratory analysis using principal components analysis method). The statistical population of this study was a total of 729 families of cancer patients referring to Isfahan Seyyed-Al-Shohada (Omid) Hospital from April to September 2018. Based on the Cochran formula, 244 individuals were selected through purposive sampling based on which including and excluding criteria were chosen.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The factor analysis (principal components analysis) and Varimax rotation showed four factors, 1) access, presentation and exchange of related health information; 2) provision of cancer related information by the medical staff; 3) health and counseling facilities and services; and 4) Social, economic, and spiritual supports. Totally 56.57% of the variance of the questionnaire items was explained by theses four factors.
