fa کاربردپذیری سیستم اطلاعات آزمایشگاه درمراکز آموزشی درمانی تبریز از دیدگاه کاربران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>هدف:</strong> کاربردپذیری عبارت است از میزانی که یک محصول ویژه می‌تواند توسط کاربرانی خاص برای رسیدن به اهدافی خاص در یک زمینه مشخص با اثربخشی، کارایی و رضایت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه سنجش میزان کاربردپذیری سیستم اطلاعات آزمایشگاه در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز می‌باشد</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>روش‌ها: </strong>این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی بوده و در سال 1396 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز انجام‌ شده است. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> QUIS </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">و</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> SUS </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">استفاده شده است. جامعه پژوهش مشتمل بر کاربران شاغل در بخش آزمایشگاه، در شش بیمارستان آموزشی- درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز بوده‌اند که سابقه کار با سیستم اطلاعات آزمایشگاه را داشته‌اند. به علت محدود بودن تعداد کاربران از روش سرشماری استفاده شد و تعداد نمونه 69 نفر بوده است. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده در نرم‌افزار</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> SPSS </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">وارد گردیده و در قالب جداول و نمودار ارائه شده است</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>نتایج: </strong>نتایج نشان داد 40/07 درصد کاربران از سیستم اطلاعات آزمایشگاه راضی بوده‌اند و بیشترین میزان رضایت با 54 درصد مربوط به یادگیری راحت سیستم بوده و پس ‌از آن سودمندی سیستم با 50/07</span><span style="font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;">&nbsp;درصد بیشترین، میزان رضایت را به خود اختصاص داده است</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> طبق یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش، مشخص گردید که سیستم اطلاعات آزمایشگاه از دید کاربران ساده بوده و کار کردن با این سیستم‌ها پیچیدگی خاصی نداشته و یادگیری آن آسان بوده است ولی سیستم، فاقد انعطاف لازم بوده که پیشنهاد می‌شود در زمان طراحی سیستم این مولفه مورد توجه بیشتر قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim:</strong> Applicability is the extent to which a particular product can be used by specific users to achieve specific goals in a specific field with effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. Due to the fact that the lab information system plays an important role in improving laboratory processes and some vital information of the patient is recorded in this system, the existence of an error in this system endangers the patient. The purpose of this study was to measure the applicability of the laboratory information system in hospitals affiliated to Tabriz University of Medical Sciences using two methods of System Usability Scale and Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in 1396. A QUIS and SUS standard questionnaire was used to collect information. After translation, its validity was confirmed by a number of professors. The research population consisted of users working in six educational centers of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences who had experience working with the laboratory information system. Because of the limited number of users, the census method has been used and the sample size is 69.
