fa میزان آگاهی دانشجویان فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در انتخاب رشته، رضایت از رشته و دیدگاه به آینده شغلی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> دانشگاه‌ها منشأ تحولات جامعه در عرصه‌های مختلف بوده و دانشجویان به ‌عنوان ارکان اصلی دانشگاه، پیکره اصلی سازمان‌ها و ارگان‌های مختلف جامعه را تشکیل می‌دهند. بدین منظور، داشتن اطلاعات در مورد وضع موجود و نگرش دانشجویان ضروری است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان آگاهی دانشجویان رشته فناوری اطلاعات سلامت نسبت به انتخاب رشته و رضایت آن‌ها از رشته تحصیلی و دیدگاه آن‌ها به آینده شغلی خود صورت گرفته است<span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"></span><br> <strong>روش‌ها:</strong> در این پژوهش مقطعی کلیه دانشجویان در حال تحصیل فناوری اطلاعات سلامت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد سال 1396-1395 به روش سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه استاندارد با 37 سؤال در سه بخش آگاهی نسبت به انتخاب رشته، سنجش رضایت از رشته و دیدگاه نسبت به آینده شغلی بود. تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی در نرم‌افزار<span dir="LTR"> SPSS </span>انجام گرفت<span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"></span><br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> به ‌طور کلی آگاهی دانشجویان نسبت به انتخاب رشته فناوری اطلاعات سلامت و میزان رضایت از رشته تحصیلی کمتر از حد متوسط و دیدگاه نسبت به آینده شغلی بالاتر از حد متوسط ارزیابی گردید<span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> برای بهبود میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان، لازم است متقاضیان ورود به آموزش عالی در مشاوره‌های کنکوری به شکل مناسبی راهنمایی شوند تا انتخاب رشته‌های آنان از روی آگاهی، علاقه و رغبت باشد و پس از ورود به دانشگاه دچار نارضایتی و یأس نشوند. در این راستا لازم است متولیان امر در ایجاد زمینه استخدام و استفاده از دانش فارغ‌التحصیلان برنامه‌ریزی‌های لازم را به عمل ‌آورند<span dir="LTR">.</span><span dir="LTR"></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span dir="LTR"></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim:</strong> Universities are sources of changes in society in different fields. The main structure of the university are students who constitute the main body of organizations and different groups of society. Therefore, knowing students&#39; attitudes and their satisfaction is essential. The purpose of this study was to determine Health Information Technology students&#39; satisfaction of their job prospects at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this cross-sectional research, all students of health information technology at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences student were studied through census method during 2016-2017. The data gathered using a questionnaire with three parts about student&#39;s awareness, satisfaction of choosing their field of study and attitude toward career prospect in 37 questions. Descriptive and analytical statistics in Spss 16 software were used.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The satisfaction of Health Information Technology students with their fields of study and their attitude were lower than the average. Student`s attitudes towards the career prospect was more than the average.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> To improve students&#39; satisfaction, applicants for entry into higher education are advised in an appropriate manner so that their choices are informed, interested, and willing, and they will not be discouraged or disappointed upon entering the university. In this regard, the custodians need to make the necessary plans to create a recruitment and use of alumni knowledge.</div> فناوری اطلاعات سلامت, آینده شغلی, رضایت رشته.
