fa نقش کتابخانه‌های بیمارستانی در تأمین اطلاعات: مطالعه موردی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">هدف: کتابخانه بیمارستانی جهت اشاعه اطلاعات بالینی برای حرفه‌مندان پزشکی مانند پزشکان، پرستاران، تکنسین‌های آزمایشگاهی، پیراپزشکان و مدیران بیمارستان تاسیس می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش کتابخانه‌های بیمارستانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در تأمین اطلاعات تخصصی برای پزشکان متخصص بود</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر به روش پیمایشی- تحلیلی در سال 1394 انجام شد. حجم نمونه 84 نفر از پزشکان متخصص و کتابداران شاغل در 10 بیمارستان آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز براساس فرمول کوکران با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی بود. دو پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته مجزا برای پزشکان متخصص و کتابداران طراحی شد و داده‌های مورد نظر گردآوری گردید. جهت آنالیز داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> SPSS </span></span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">و آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون تی تک‌نمونه و آزمون فریدمن) استفاده گردید</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که پزشکان متخصص برای حل مسائل درمانی، پژوهشی و آموزشی از خدمات امانت منابع و نشریات کتابخانه‌های بیمارستانی استفاده می‌نمایند. همچنین خدمات اشاعه گزینشی اطلاعات فقط در 50 درصد کتابخانه‌ها ارائه می‌شود. محدودیت ساعات کار کتابخانه و نبود منابع اطلاعاتی از عمده‌ترین مشکلات پزشکان و محدودیت بودجه، کمبود کتابدار متخصص و نبود منابع و تجهیزات از مهم‌ترین مشکلات کتابخانه‌های بیمارستانی بود</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهمیت اطلاعات در حوزه پزشکی، لازم است کتابخانه‌های بیمارستانی برای دسترسی بهتر پزشکان متخصص به اطلاعات و استفاده از خدمات کتابخانه‌های بیمارستانی به استفاده از شیوه‌های نوین اطلاع‌رسانی و نوع و نحوه ارائه خدمات مجهز باشند</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim:</strong> The hospital library is being established to disseminate clinical information for medical practitioners such as doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, paramedics and hospital managers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of hospitals in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in providing specialized information for specialized physicians.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study was carried out through a survey-analytical method in 2015. Sample size of 84 professional physicians and librarians working in 10 educational hospitals of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences based on Cochran formula and using random sampling. Two separate researcher-made questionnaires were designed for specialist doctors and librarians and the data were collected. SPSS software version 22 and descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that specialist physicians use the first priority to solve medical, research and educational issues from hospital libraries for personal study, resource lending and the use of publications. Also, selective dissemination services are provided in only 50% of libraries.
