fa وضعیت مدیریت صنعت بیوتکنولوژی پزشکی در اتحادیه اروپا، آمریکا و کانادا و پیشنهاد راهکار برای ایران تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"><strong>هدف:</strong> بیوتکنولوژی پزشکی یکی از جدیدترین رشته‌های بیوتکنولوژی است که موجب تغییرات شگرفی در تشخیص و درمان بیماری‌های مختلف شده است. این موضوع در کشور ما طرحی نو بوده و کمتر بدان توجه شده است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، مرور مهمترین استراتژی‌های کاربردی اتحادیه اروپا، آمریکا و کانادا به ‌عنوان پیشتازان عرصه بیوتکنولوژی پزشکی برای شناخت این صنعت نوین و ارائه راهکارهای عملی برای ایران می‌باشد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"><strong>روش‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه مروری غیر سیستماتیک است که در سال 1394 انجام شده است. در این مطالعه از روش مرور حیطه توسعه‌یافته برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است. شاخص‌های مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش شاخص‌های اقتصادی و شاخص‌های آموزشی می‌باشند. داده‌ها از طریق بررسی مقالات و متون کتابخآن‌های، جستجوهای اینترنتی و مراجعات مستقیم به سازمآن‌های مرتبط با موضوع این پژوهش جمع‌آوری شد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"><strong>نتایج:</strong> درآمد شرکت‌های بیوتکنولوژی پزشکی در مجموع 8 درصد، هزینه‌های‌ تحقیق و توسعه 5 درصد و درآمد خالص در سال 2012 نسبت به سال قبل 37 درصد رشد یافته است. شرکت‌های رهبران مالی نسبت به شرکت‌های دولتی و سایر شرکت‌ها، پیشتاز هستند. وضعیت این صنعت در آمریکا بهتر از کانادا و اتحادیه اروپا مشاهده شد. همچنین، مشاهده می‌شود بیشترین میزان‌های رشد در شرکت‌های رهبران مالی آمریکا و پس از آن در شرکت‌های دولتی آمریکا بوده است. در خصوص وضعیت شاخص‌های آموزشی در صنعت بیوتکنولوژی، مشاهده شد تعداد سرفصل‌های آموزشی برای مدیریت ارشد کسب و کار، بیش از سرفصل‌های آموزشی بیوتکنولوژی و بیوتکنولوژی پزشکی است</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به نتایج لزوم توجه به حمایت از ایجاد مؤسسات خصوصی و تشویق آن‌ها به تفکر اقتصادی، صنعتی و بازاریابی جهانی به دانش حاصل از بیوتکنولوژی و نیز الحاق به قوانین جهانی مالکیت معنوی و تجارت جهانی، که زمینه‌ساز ورود به این عرصه و بازار جهانی می‌باشد، ضروری به نظر می‌رسد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim:</strong> Medical biotechnology is one of the newest fields of biotechnology which has been underlie the dramatic changes in diagnosis and treatment of various diseases. This topic is a new plan in our country. The purpose of this study is to review the most important strategies of Europe :::union:::, America and Canada and provide practical solution for Iran.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This is a non-systematic review study which has been conducted in 2016. This review was based on Scoping Review methodology. Studied indicators in this study include economic and educational. Data was collected through review of library texts, internet searches and direct referral to the relevant organizations.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The income of biotechnology companies have increased 80 percent and the costs of R&D in these centers have increased 5 percent. The remarkable point is the net income growth of 37 percent in 2012 compared to last year. Results shows that commercial leaders ahead of public & other companies in Financial indices. The status of biotechnology industry in The US was observed better than Canada and Europe :::union:::.
