Aim: Compliance with educational ethics shall ensure the health of the teaching- learning process in universities and also increases the commitment of teachers ' accountability to the needs of the students. Hence, this study aimed at identifying effective factors on the pattern of ethics in virtual education.
Methods: The population of this qualitative study, which was conducted in 2021, were experts at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. A sample of 12 individuals was selected using snow ball sampling method. Data was collected using semi-structured interviews and theme analysis was performed to analyze the data.
Results: In this study, three encompassing contents including organizational factors, context factors and psychological factors; 11 organization contents & 72 basic contents were extracted.
Conclusion: Developing a virtual education ethics model can help improve virtual education in universities and higher education institutions. According to the factors extracted in this research and their classification, as experts emphasize, organizational factors are of special signifcance due to having more factors.
