fa نیازهای اطلاعاتی بهداشتی و سلامت مهاجران خارجی مبتلا به سرطان در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>اطلاعات نقش مهم و تاثیرگذاری در افزایش آگاهی و دانش گروه‌های خاص جامعه (از جمله مهاجران خارجی) دارد. هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نیازهای اطلاعاتی بهداشتی و سلامت اتباع خارجی (افغانی، عراقی و پاکستانی) در ایران و شناسایی موانع و مشکلات آن‌ها در دسترسی به این اطلاعات است</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>روش ها:</strong> پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه‌ای پیمایشی تحلیلی است. جامعه پژوهش را 69 نفر از بیماران خارجی مبتلا به سرطان تشکیل می‌دهند&nbsp; که در بیمارستان‌های شهرهای تهران، مشهد، کرمان، زاهدان و اهواز بستری و در حال درمان بوده‌اند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و برای تحلیل داده&rlm;ها از آزمون&rlm;های آماری</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> Mann Whitney U test </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">و</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> Kruskal-Wallis </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">و با استفاده از نسخه 20 نرم افزار آماری</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"> SPSS </span></span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">استفاده شده است</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته‌ها نشان داده است که میان نیازهای اطلاعاتی بهداشتی مهاجران مبتلا به سرطان بر حسب جنسیت، سن، تاهل، میزان سواد، شغل، مرحله درمانی، نحوه و محل زندگی اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. &laquo;دستیابی به زندگی سالم&raquo; به عنوان مهم‌ترین نیاز اطلاعاتی (با میانگین 19/4) و &laquo;عدم تسلط به استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتی بهداشتی چاپی و اینترنتی&raquo; به عنوان مهم‌ترین مانع (با میانگین 01/4) در دسترسی به اطلاعات شناسایی شده‌اند</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> توجه به نیازهای اطلاعاتی بیماران سرطانی بویژه مهاجران با تفاوت‌های فرهنگی و شکاف اجتماعی با جامعه ایرانی امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر به نظر می‌رسد. در نتیجه آگاهی از نیازهای اطلاعاتی بهداشتی سلامت این افراد در مراحل مختلف درمانی و ارائه اطلاعات مناسب بوسیله متخصصان حوزه سلامت، اطلاع‌رسانان و نیز پزشکان، علاوه بر از بین بردن و کاهش اضطراب‌های فکری و امنیت روانی در بیماران، در فرایند درمان و بهبود آنان تاثیر بسزایی خواهد گذاشت</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;">.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><b>Introduction</b>: Information has an important role in supporting and increasing knowledge of people, especially particular group such as immigrants. This study was conducted to investigate the health information needs and its challenges of the Afghan, Iraqi and Pakistani immigrants in Iran.<br> <b>Methods</b>: This survey-analytic study was carried out among 69 immigrants with cancer who were hospitalized in Tehran, Mashhad, Kerman, Zahedan and Ahvaz Hospitals. We used a self-designed questionnaire to collect data and use Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis Test and SPSS software was used to analyze data.<br> <b>Finding</b>: There was no significant difference between health information needs of cancer patients and their gender, age, marital status, level of education, job, lifestyle and rural-urban residency. We also founded that the most information need of participants was about &quot;access to healthy living&quot; (4.19) and the main obstacle to access to needed information needs was &quot;lack of enough knowledge in using the health information in both electronic and printed resources&quot; (4.01).<br> <b>Conclusion</b>: It is inevitable to pay enough attention to the health information needs of cancer patients, because of their cultural and social differences with the Iranian Society.
