fa چیستی و چرایی پیگیری اخبار ناخوشایند در حوزه سلامت: یک مرور حوزه‌ای Quiddity and Whys of Health Doom Scrolling: A Scoping Review تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف: پیگیری اخبار ناخوشایند، تمایل به جستجوی وسواس‌گونه و مرور اخبار و اطلاعات منفی، غم‌انگیز یا اضطراب‌آور است. هدف از مرور حوزه‌ای حاضر، تبیین چیستی و چرایی پیگیری اخبار ناخوشایند در حوزه سلامت و شناسایی تعاریف و مفاهیم آن،بافتار و دلایل بروز<a> و</a> عوامل اثرگذار بر آن است. <a>منابع اطلاعات یا داده‌ها:</a> جستجو<ins cite="mailto:AFSANEH" datetime="2026-08-15T09:42">ی</ins> منابع انگلیسی در  پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی Web of Science، Scopus، PubMed، Embase، ERIC، LISTA، <a>Emerald</a>  و جستجوی منابع فارسی در پایگاه‌های Magiran، SID، Ensani.ir، ISCIrandoc، Noormags، CIVILICA و موتور جستجوی <a>علم‌نت</a> <ins cite="mailto:MNG" datetime="2026-08-18T11:50"> </ins>در بازه زمانی 2020 تا 2024 انجام شد. جستجوی منابع خاکستری در Google scholar، ProQuest و MLA و ایرانداک انجام شد. 1185 مقاله بازیابی شد که پس از غربالگری تعداد 50 منبع وارد مرحله تحلیل دادهها شد. روش‌های انتخابی برای مطالعه: با توجه به ماهیت گسترده و اکتشافی موضوع، از روش مرور حوزه‌ای بر اساس دستورالعمل Joanna Briggs Institute و چارچوب گزارش‌دهی PRISMA- ScR برای مرورهای حوزه‌ای استفاده شد. ترکیب مطالب و نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد پیگیری اخبار ناخوشایند سلامت یک رفتار وسواسگونه با هدف مطالعه مداوم اخبار و اطلاعات منفی در مورد سلامت است. این مفهوم، یک پدیده چندبعدی است که عمدتاً در بسترهای دیجیتال و شبکه‌های اجتماعی شکل می‌گیرد و تحت تأثیر بافتار جغرافیایی و بافتار اجتماعی است. دلایل بروز این پدیده شامل چهار دسته کلی مسائل مرتبط با سلامت، مسائل فناوری، مسائل اطلاعاتی و مسائل محیطی است. عوامل اثرگذار بر بروز این پدیده را می‌توان در سه دسته اصلی شامل عوامل مرتبط با سلامت، عوامل اطلاعاتی و عوامل فردی- اجتماعی طبقه‌بندی کرد. نتیجه‌گیری: پیگیری اخبار ناخوشایند در حوزه سلامت رفتاری روبه‌رشد و تهدیدکننده ناشی از تعامل عوامل فردی، روان‌شناختی و ساختاری است. مداخله مؤثر مستلزم رویکردی چندسطحی شامل ارتقای سواد رسانه‌ای، تقویت تاب‌آوری روانی، مداخلات پیشگیرانه و سیاست‌گذاری مسئولانه در اطلاع‌رسانی سلامت است. یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌تواند بستری برای پژوهش‌های تجربی آینده و طراحی مداخلات مؤثر فراهم کند. <div> <div> <div class="msocomtxt" id="_com_1" language="JavaScript" on<illegal tag>mouseout="msoCommentHide('_com_1')" on<illegal tag>mouseover="msoCommentShow('_anchor_1','_com_1')"></div> </div> <div> <div class="msocomtxt" id="_com_2" language="JavaScript" on<illegal tag>mouseout="msoCommentHide('_com_2')" on<illegal tag>mouseover="msoCommentShow('_anchor_2','_com_2')"></div> </div> </div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Doom Scrolling is the tendency to obsessively search for and review negative, sad, or anxiety-provoking news and information. The purpose of this review is to explain why Doom Scrolling occurs in the health field and to identify its definitions and concepts, its context and causes, and the factors that influence it. Information Sources or Data: English sources were searched in <a>ISI</a>, Scopus, PubMed, Embase, ERIC, LISTA, Emerald, and Persian sources were searched in Magiran, SID, Ensani.ir, ISC, Irandoc, Noormags, CIVILICA, and the Elmnet search engine. Grey sources were searched in Google scholar, ProQuest, MLA, and Irandoc. 1185 articles were retrieved, and after screening, 50 sources entered the data analysis stage. Selection Methods for Study: Regarding to the broad and exploratory nature of the topic, a scoping review method was used based on the Joanna Briggs Institute guidelines and the PRISMA-ScR reporting framework for systematic reviews. Combine Content and Results: The findings showed health doom scrolling is an obsessive behavior with the aim of continuously studying negative news and information about health. This concept is a multidimensional phenomenon that is mainly formed in digital platforms and social networks and is influenced by the geographical context and social context. The reasons for the occurrence of this phenomenon include four general categories of health-related issues, technology issues, information issues, and environmental issues. The factors affecting of that can be classified into three main categories including health-related factors, information factors, and individual-social factors. Conclusion: Doom scrolling is a threatening health behavior that results from the interaction of individual, psychological, and structural factors. Effective intervention requires a multilevel approach that includes promoting media literacy, strengthening psychological resilience, preventive interventions, and responsible policymaking in health information.
