fa مقایسه تطبیقی علائم و عوامل COVID-19 در بیماران ساری و مبتلا، براساس داده های HIS مراکز درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان Comparative comparison of COVID-19 symptoms and factors in asymptomatic and infected patients, based on HIS data from Abadan University of Medical Sciences medical centers تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف: با آغاز پاندمی کووید 19 و بروز علائم مختلف در افراد و مشابهت برخی علائم با سایر بیماری ها، افراد دارای علائم را به شدت نگران ساخته بود و از سویی در تشخیص نیز چالش هایی را به همراه داشت. لذا این مطالعه به بررسی علائم و عوامل مرتبط در بیماران ساری و بیماران مبتلا به کووید 19 می پردازد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی  می باشد، جهت استخراج داده اولیه از داده های موجود در سیستم HIS بیمارستان های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان و بیمارستان نفت استفاده شده است. با استفاده از نرم افزار STATA14 تحلیل و ارتباط سنجی داده‌ها (با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی) انجام شد. نتایج: یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد تعداد بیماران ساری و مبتلا درمردان بیشتر از زنان است. تماس با افراد مبتلا و افراد خارجی حدودا به میزان 50 درصد شانس ابتلا را در افراد بالا می برد. از سوی دیگر افزایش سن نیز عامل مهمی در افزایش شانس ابتلا به میزان 11 درصد می باشد. تعداد بیماران ساری در فصول بهار و تابستان نیز بیشتر است. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد سابقه تماس با افراد بیمار و مشکوک در درجه اول عوامل مستعدکننده ابتلا قرار دارد و سابقه سفر خارجی، عوامل خطرزا، حضور در اماکن شلوغ و حتی سن، جنس و فصل هم می تواند به فراخور آمادگی شرایط بر میزان ابتلا، شدت بیماری، بهبود و یا وخامت حال بیمار تأثیر زیادی داشته باشد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The start of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the incidence of various symptoms in individuals, and the similarity of some symptoms with other illnesses have made individuals with symptoms severely worried. Therefore, this study investigates the related symptoms and factors in carrier patients and patients with COVID-19. Methods:. This research is a descriptive-analytic study. The data available in the hospital information system (HIS) of hospitals affiliated to Abadan University of Medical Sciences and Oil Company Hospital have been used to extract the primary data. Then, the data were analyzed, and their relationships were measured  (with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics) using the STATA14 software. Results: The results of this study indicated that the number of carrier patients is higher in men than in women. Being in contact with infected individuals and foreigners increases the odds of infection by about 50%. On the other hand, aging is also a crucial factor in increasing the odds of infection by 11%. The number of carrier patients is also higher in spring and summer.
