fa ارزیابی سواد سلامت دهان در مادران دارای فرزند کم توان در شهر کاشان در سال 1400 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;">هدف:برنامه ریزی جهت پیشگیری از بیماری های دهان و دندان برای کودکان کم توان بسیار مهم است زیرا در صورت بروز پوسیدگی و یا بیماری دهانی، درمان دندانپزشکی در این کودکان مشکل خواهد بود. در زمینه بهداشت دهان و دندان کودکان، مادران از تأثیرگذارترین افراد هستند و افزایش سواد سلامت دهان مادران باعث ارتقا سلامت دهان کودکانشان می شود؛ بنابراین مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین سواد سلامت دهان در مادران کودکان و نوجوانان کم توان شهر کاشان در سال 1400 انجام شد.<br> روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-مقطعی بود. جامعه ی پژوهش 45 نفر از مادران کودکان و نوجوانان کم توان تحت پوشش مراکز نگهداری کودکان کم توان در شهر کاشان در سال 1400 بودند. نمونه گیری به روش تصادفی انجام شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه سواد سلامت دهان بالغین، استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نسخه بیستم نرم افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آزمونه ای T-Test و One-Way ANOVA انجام شد.<br> نتایج: نتایج نشان داد میانگین نمره کل پرسشنامه سواد سلامت دهان در مادران موردمطالعه ( 17 / 4&plusmn; 07 / 10 )از 17 نمره بود که از این تعداد تنها 19 نفر ( 42 درصد) دارای سواد سلامت دهان کافی(نمره ١7 - ١2) بودند. مادران با تحصیلات بالاتر، شاغل و تنها که دارای یک فرزند کم توان به صورت معنادار سطح سواد سلامت دهان بالاتری نسبت به سایر مادران داشتند(0/05>P)<br> نتیجه گیری: با توجه به سطح سواد سلامت دهان متوسط رو به پایین مادران طراحی و اجرای برنامه های آموزشی و مداخلات ارتقای سلامت دهان برای این گروه از مادران ضروری است. این برنام هها باید برافزایش آگاهی از عوامل خطر، روش های پیشگیری از بیماری های د هان و دندان و نحوه دسترسی به خدمات بهداشتی متمرکز با شند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Planning for the prevention of oral diseases in children with disabilities is very important because, in the event of caries or oral disease, dental treatment for these children will be difficult. In the field of children&rsquo;s oral health, mothers are the most influential people, and increasing mothers&rsquo; oral health literacy improves the oral health of their children. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the oral health literacy of mothers of children and adolescents with disabilities in Kashan in 2021.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study was descriptive-cross-sectional. The research population consisted of 45 mothers of children and adolescents with disabilities under the care of centers for children with disabilities in Kashan in 2021. Sampling was random. The Adult Oral Health Literacy Questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis was performed using SPSS v.20 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that the mean total score of the oral health literacy questionnaire of the mothers studied was 10.07&plusmn;4.17, of which only 19 (42%) had sufficient oral health literacy. Mothers with higher education, employment, and only one disabled child had a significantly higher level of oral health literacy than other mothers.<br> <strong>Discussion:</strong> Given the low to moderate oral health literacy level of mothers, it is essential to design and implement educational programs and oral health promotion interventions for this group.
