fa تأثیر آموزش احیای قلبی ریوی مجازی بر خودکارآمدی مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های عروق کرونری: یک کارآزمایی میدانی تصادفی کنترل‌شده تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>هدف</strong> ایست قلبی‌ریوی در هر زمان و مکانی روی می‌دهد. بیشتر ایست‌های قلبی در منزل یا مکان‌های خارج از بیمارستان بدون دسترسی به افراد مجرب اتفاق می‌افتد. اگر اعضای خانواده توانایی احیای قلبی ریوی را داشته باشند، می‌توانند در زمان طلایی از مرگ مغزی پیشگیری کنند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش احیای قلبی‌ریوی مجازی بر خودکارآمدی مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های قلبی‌عروقی مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک قلب بیمارستان رازی بیرجند انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش ها</strong> ین پژوهش یک مطالعه کارآزمایی میدانی شاهددار تصادفی‌شده بود که بر روی60 نفر از مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران در سال 1400 انجام شد. نمونه با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه آموزشی (30 نفر) و کنترل (30 نفر) تقسیم شدند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های تی مستقل و زوجی و کای اسکوئر تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. این تجزیه‌وتحلیل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 20 انجام شد. سطح معناداری کمتر از 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد میانگین نمره خودکارآمدی بعد از مداخله در افراد دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل متفاوت‌اند (0/49&plusmn;4/15) و (0/58&plusmn;3/12) که ازنظر آماری معنادار بود. (001/P<0). از طرفی میانگین نمره گروه آزمایش (0/82&plusmn;2/97) و کنترل (0/64&plusmn;3/09) قبل از آموزش تفاوت معناداری نداشت (0/53=P).&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> از این مطالعه می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش مجازی احیای قلبی ریوی تأثیر بسزایی در افزایش خودکارآمدی مراقبان خانواده بیماران قلبی عروقی دارد؛ آموزش مجازی می‌تواند باتوجه‌به هزینه‌های کمتر و بازدهی بیشتر مؤثر واقع شود. بدین ترتیب لازم است مدیران، تأثیر این نوع آموزش را در سیاستگذاری‌‌های خود در نظر بگیرند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Objective </strong>Cardiopulmonary arrest occurs at any time and place. Most of cardiac arrests happen in places outside the hospital without access to experienced people. If the family members have the ability of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, they can prevent brain death in the golden time. This study aims to assess the effect of virtual cardiopulmonary resuscitation training on the self-efficacy of family caregivers of patients with cardiovascular diseases.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods</strong> This is a randomized controlled field trial that was conducted on 60 family caregivers of patients with cardiovascular diseases referred to the heart clinic of Razi Hospital in Birjand, Iran in 2021. They were selected by a random sampling method and were randomly divided into two groups of training (n=30) and control(n=30). They completed a demographic form and the Basic Resuscitation Skills Self-Efficacy Scale. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS software, version 20 using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, paired t-test, and chi-square test. The significance level was set at 0.05.<br> <strong>Results </strong>The mean posttest score of self-efficacy in the training and control groups were 4.15&plusmn;0.49 and 3.12&plusmn;0.58, respectively, which was significantly different (P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the pretest score of self-efficacy between the training (2.97&plusmn;0.82) and control (3.09&plusmn;0.64) groups (P=0.53).<br> <strong>Conclusion </strong>Virtual cardiopulmonary resuscitation training has a significant effect on increasing the self-efficacy of family caregivers of patients with cardiovascular diseases. Virtual education can be effective due to lower costs and higher efficiency.
