fa ارزیابی پذیرش سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستان از دیدگاه کاربران طبق مدل استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><strong>هدف</strong>: <span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;">مدل استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات برای تعیین میزان پذیرش کاربران و رضایت از سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستان استفاده می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش، تعیین میزان پذیرش سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستان توسط کاربران براساس مدل استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان است.</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: <span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;">مطالعه حاضر از نوع کاربردی است که به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی در فصل بهار 1399 انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کاربران سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان بودند و طبق فرمول کوکراین حجم نمونه 277 کاربر تعیین گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بود. تحلیل داده با آمار توصیفی و آمار تحلیلی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار&nbsp; </span><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;">SPSS</span><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"> صورت گرفت</span><span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>نتایج</strong>: <span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;">میانگین متغیرهای پذیرش سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستاتی از جمله رضایت‌مندی کاربران از نظر پشتیبانی سیستم از وظایف، رابط کاربری، سازگاری با وظایف، حمایت از همکاری بین‌بخشی، قابلیت یادگیری، قابلیت دسترسی و خدمات پشتیبانی از سیستم به ترتیب 3/78، 3/65، 3/34، 3/60، 3/21، 3/30 و 3/50 بدست آمد که نشان‌دهنده وضعیت مطلوب برای بعد اول و نسبتاً مطلوب برای سایر ابعاد است</span><span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> <span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;">میزان پذیرش سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستان از طرف کاربران در اکثر ابعاد مورد پژوهش در سطح نسبتاً مطلوب است اما ارتباط مناسب بین کاربران و مالکان سیستم، استفاده از پشتیبان سیستم و اتخاذ تاکتیک‌های مناسب مدیریتی می‌تواند به پذیرش و رضایت بیشتر کاربران کمک نماید</span><span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Aim:</span></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt">The information technology model is used to determine user acceptance and satisfaction with the hospital information system. The purpose of this study was to determine the acceptance rate of hospital information system (HIS) by users based on the model of using information technology in teaching hospitals of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Methods:</span></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt">This analytical cross-sectional study was conducted in May 2020. The statistical population of this study was users of the information system of educational hospitals of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences and according to the Cochran formula, 277 users were determined as the sample size.&#39; Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by content validity and its reliability was measured by Test-Retest (r=0/86). Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 22, descriptive (frequency and percentage) and analytical (Pearson&#39;s correlation coefficient) statistics</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt">.</span></span><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;CG Times&quot;,serif"></span></span></b></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt">The average of HIS acceptance variables, including user satisfaction in terms of system support for tasks, user interface, compatibility with tasks, support for cross-sectoral collaboration, learning ability, accessibility and system support services, were 3.78, 3.65, 3.34, 3.60, 3.21, 3.30 and 3.50 respectively.</span></span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt">This indicates a favorable situation for the first dimension and relatively favorable for other dimensions.</span></span><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;CG Times&quot;,serif"></span></span></b></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conclusion<span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt">:</span></span></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt">The users&#39; acceptance rate is represented relatively desirable.
