fa بررسی ساختار سازمانی و جایگاه‌های شغلی رشته فناوری اطلاعات سلامت و ارائه الگو برای ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span dir="RTL">هدف:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه ی ساختار سازمانی و جایگاه های شغلی رشته ی فن آوری اطلاعات سلامت در سه کشور آمریکا، انگلیس و ایران و ارایه الگویی مناسب برای ایران بود.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL">روش‌ها:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">پژوهش حاضر </span><span dir="RTL">به روش توصیفی- تطبیقی و از نوع کاربردی می باشد</span> <span dir="RTL">که در سال1398 انجام شد. در مرحله ی اول پژوهش، رشته ی فن آوری اطلاعات سلامت از نظر جایگاه شغلی و ساختار سازمانی در کشورهای منتخب ایران، آمریکا و انگلیس مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. سپس در مرحله ی دوم بر اساس اطلاعات حاصل از مرحله ی نخست، پرسشنامه ی بررسی جایگاه شغلی پیشنهادی برای رشته ی فن آوری اطلاعات سلامت طراحی و </span><span dir="RTL">با انجام یک مرحله روش دلفی</span> <span dir="RTL">به گردآوری نظرات مسئولین بخش مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت بیمارستان های آموزشی منتخب اصفهان(چمران، بهشتی، الزهرا، فیض، امید و آیت الله کاشانی) و اساتید گروه فن آوری اطلاعات سلامت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان پرداخته شد. در نهایت داده ها در حد آمار توصیفی با استفاده از نرم افزار </span>SPSS <span dir="RTL">&nbsp;نسخه 26 </span><span dir="RTL">تحلیل و الگوی نهایی بر اساس اجماع بالای 50 درصد ارایه گردید.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتایج: </span></strong><span dir="RTL">در هر یک از سه کشور آمریکا، انگلیس و ایران به ترتیب 18جایگاه، 46 جایگاه و یک جایگاه شغلی برای رشته فن آوری اطلاعات سلامت</span> <span dir="RTL">به دست آمد. هر یک از این جایگاه های شغلی در سه حوزه: فنی، مدیریتی و کدگذاری مورد تایید متخصصان رشته فن آوری اطلاعات سلامت قرار گرفت.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری</span></strong>: <span dir="RTL">مطالعات انجام شده گواه آن است که با توجه به نوظهور بودن رشته فن آوری اطلاعات سلامت در ایران، ساختار سازمانی شفاف و جایگاه شغلی مناسب برای این رشته در نظر گرفته نشده است و مطالعه حاضر می تواند به متولیان این رشته در این خصوص کمک نماید.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL">کلیدواژه‌ها</span></strong><span dir="RTL">: فن آوری اطلاعات سلامت، جایگاه شغلی، ساختار سازمانی.</span> <strong>Introduction<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> The purpose of this study was the comparing the organizational structure and job positions of health information technology of the United States, the United Kingdom and Iran to provide nan appropriate model for Iran.<br> <strong>Methods<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> The research was conducted by a descriptive-comparative and applied method in 1398. In the first phase, the job position and organizational structure of health information technology were studied in the selected countries. In the second phase, based on the first phase, the job position questionnaire was designed. The questionnaire completed by the health information management department of selected educational hospitals (Chamran, Beheshti, Al-Zahra, Feyz, Omid and Ayatollah Kashani) and the health information management academic members in Isfahan through Delphi technique. . Finally, &nbsp;&nbsp;the data analyzed using descriptive statistics and SPSS software. The final model was provided more 50% than of the consensus.<br> <strong>Results<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; In the United States, the United Kingdom and Iran, respectively, 18, 49 and one job position was obtained for the discipline of health information technology. By dividing these titles into 4 areas: technical, managerial, and coding area, were approved by the experts in health information technology.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong><strong><span dir="RTL">:</span></strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; The study shows that due to the emergence of health information technology in Iran, a transparent organizational structure and an appropriate job position for this field has not been considered.<br> <strong>Key Words: </strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;health information technology, job position, organizational structure. فناوری اطلاعات سلامت, جایگاه شغلی, ساختار سازمانی.
